This is why these people support BMJ. They need someone to look down on as a worse, more pathetic gambling addict than themselves, because they are pretty fucking pathetic.

My personal knowledge of it comes second-hand from felons I've known and they've said safes etc. don't make a difference. You could steal the key, or learn the combination. A cursory Google search says the same thing, but then I saw a few results saying felons can own them when they're off probation. So, I can't say for sure, but I believe the law is "felons can't live in a residence where there are guns".
Here's the law in VA: https://law.lis.virginia.gov/vacode/title18.2/chapter5/section18.2-308.2/

It's one of those issues that depends on the state, and depends on case law. The issue is that if they are accessible to Austin, that's probably enough for constructive possession. That glass case did not look particularly secure.

It was kind of hard to tell from the video, but Austin mentioned that some of them are muzzle loaders. Those would probably be fine, since antique firearms don't count in VA. Possibly Austin's father locked up the modern firearms somewhere else, and left the antiques in the display case?

It's also a long shot, but Austin might have gone through the process to get his 2A rights restored in VA. With a single, nonviolent felony, he would probably have a chance.

It depends. If you were convicted of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence, you cannot possess a firearm under federal law. Beyond this exclusion, getting your gun rights restored is possible, but not absolute.

Austin was just live again on Discord for the 5 millionth time today, and decided to give us a house tour and show his fathers guns (you know, as a felon on probation, retard). Enjoy some more BMJ lore.

It's always good to know the floor plan of a house, where the guns are, the drugs, the types of dogs one might encounter, a good look at the locks they have and where the cash and Ben & Jerry's are before planning a robbery.

I wish all my future clients were this helpful in provision of these videos for broad public viewing. I particularly want to thank him for showing me where the axe was too.

The larger issue imo is that you're leaving it up to a DA to decide. You're taking a chance and even if you do everything by the letter, it'll still cost you 25- $50k to prove it in court. It's not worth fucking around with felons and guns.

The biggest risk of theft in that house is BMJ himself. I’m sure his parent have devised an array of anti-BMJ theft deterrent systems over the years, probably some of the neighbors too.

All I know is I would never risk it, because I don't have that kind of money for lawyers. Even though I'm a welder, and I could fucking build a safe made of half inch plate and a custom lock, if I'm in the same home with a felon, the cost of the materials for the safe alone is ridiculous, and then if the DA and cops get involved, I'm broke. Clearly his parents must feel they could handle a lawsuit, or they're just retarded

Sorry for being gay and late with uploading, but been having issues uploading shit over clearnet. This is the stream from yesterday morning on his Discord. I have cut around 50 mins of dead air, and it is still 2 hours and 20 minutes. Enjoy.

Still have a bunch of other recordings to post here, but might take some time to get them on here, apologies frens!

I have to wonder if someone is using the neuralyzer on BMJ because this nigga cannot stop playing on STAKE keno despite crying about how much of a scam it is. :story:
He got to prove how much of a scam stake is for everyone. How do you suppose he do that without playing keno on it? Checkmate rat!

I am uploading the other Discord stream recordings now but it's taking a while. In the meantime, a clip from when Bossman got felted on one of his Discord streams, and his mods start talking about Bossman's addiction and giving financial advice, which you ofcourse should always take from fucking gambling addicts.

And we have another chimpout, he doesn't give his paypiggies more than a minute to respond:
