That's what I thought the case would be but it seemed smarter to wait for actual lawyers to chime in first. I have a pretty solid memory of Nick telling everyone just how broad the trespassing laws in Texas are when the Chad Read shooting happened, and the man wasn't indicted so he had to know something back then. Maybe he just forgot that even happened? Riley's trespass is just as egregious as that case was so if Riley got dropped the guard who did it wouldn't be prosecuted by Nick almost two years ago. But Riley works for Dick so he has to say that Riley was totally safe.
He frankly doesn't even strike me as that inarticulate, just pissed off, which he has every right to be under the circumstances.
If I had to guess this is the kind of dumb bullshit that would be prosecuted at most as a simple trespass for a fine, and maybe another fine for the pettiest sort of vandalism. It's not legal behavior but it's also unlikely to amount to much.

Much ink has been spilled concerning how inconsistent Nick is with opinions and positions he's expressed months and years ago, but now the nigger can't even seem to be consistent with shit he's said mere minutes before.
