Two recorded Discord streams from the 28th of September, I am uploading all recordings to the Farms but I can't seem to upload any video reliably on clearnet, so I am having to upload over Tor. Will post every single one of them though, might take some time, and with this complete and utter nigger starting Discord streams around 8 times a day at this point it might take some time. Just want to make sure no one gets BossmanJack rage content starved.

This is the first stream of the two, he gets felted in around 7 minutes. This is the stream in which he showed off his house which I kept in, in full. It ends with some nigger saying "bossman is living his best life right now" . Things I cut was one of his faggot little buddys playing Runescape and some nigger showing up where he is.

I was messing around with trying to generate a slot machine with the symbols coming up BOSSMANJACK. It turned out a bit wonky, but not terrible for 5 minutes of effort.

It's also a long shot, but Austin might have gone through the process to get his 2A rights restored in VA. With a single, nonviolent felony, he would probably have a chance.

The larger issue imo is that you're leaving it up to a DA to decide. You're taking a chance and even if you do everything by the letter, it'll still cost you 25- $50k to prove it in court. It's not worth fucking around with felons and guns.

He's still on probation (not parole) for another 2 or 3 years. They would not restore anything while on probation. If he violates any terms of his probation he could end up with all his jail time back and the other charges that they dismissed. I believe some of the theft involved firearms as well.

Per VA "To be eligible to apply for consideration for the restoration of civil rights, an individual must be free from any term of incarceration resulting from felony conviction(s)."

He is not free from any term of incarceration as he could still face that incarceration.

That might have been me, and that was my understanding of the VA law:

C2. The prohibitions of subsection A shall not prohibit any person other than a person convicted of an act of violence as defined in § 19.2-297.1 or a violent felony as defined in subsection C of § 17.1-805 from possessing, transporting, or carrying (i) antique firearms or (ii) black powder in a quantity not exceeding five pounds if it is intended to be used solely for sporting, recreational, or cultural purposes in antique firearms. For the purposes of this subsection, "antique firearms" means any firearm described in subdivision 3 of the definition of "antique firearm" in subsection F of § 18.2-308.2:2.

And then the definition of an antique firearm:

"Antique firearm" means:

1. Any firearm (including any firearm with a matchlock, flintlock, percussion cap, or similar type of ignition system) manufactured in or before 1898;

2. Any replica of any firearm described in subdivision 1 of this definition if such replica (i) is not designed or redesigned for using rimfire or conventional centerfire fixed ammunition or (ii) uses rimfire or conventional centerfire fixed ammunition that is no longer manufactured in the United States and that is not readily available in the ordinary channels of commercial trade;

3. Any muzzle-loading rifle, muzzle-loading shotgun, or muzzle-loading pistol that is designed to use black powder, or a black powder substitute, and that cannot use fixed ammunition. For purposes of this subdivision, the term "antique firearm" shall not include any weapon that incorporates a firearm frame or receiver, any firearm that is converted into a muzzle-loading weapon, or any muzzle-loading weapon that can be readily converted to fire fixed ammunition by replacing the barrel, bolt, breech-block, or any combination thereof; or

4. Any curio or relic as defined in this subsection.

I don't think his parents are even home at the moment as he had to call them for juice on one of the Discord streams. I've clipped it with all the dead air removed though it's mostly inaudible due to the nigger beats.

Again, fuckloads of dead air cut out, this stream lasted for more than an hour originally.

It would depend on if he had federal or state charges, I believe. As long as your charges were just at the state level, it would only affect your rights in that state.
