Family member of mine got implants maybe.... 20-ish years ago. Results (and side effects) vary with your individual body, what implants you get, and the skill of your doctor. My family member is lucky that the only "side effect" was that he gave her DDs when she asked for B cups. She's a Christian married mother and is somewhat uncomfortable with her breast size and dresses in such a way to minimize it. She had just got implants to remedy the damage that multiple breastfed children did to her breasts.
Breast implants may be fine. They may not be. They can get infected, they can burst, they can rot, they can develop scar tissue sacs around the implant that cause constant discomfort. If you get the implants that go under the pectoral muscle, the pectoral can detach. There's now evidence that breast implants can cause a host of autoimmune and chronic health issues as well. This shit is right up against your thoracic cavity. While "uncommon" for severe complications like this to arise, so many women get implants after mastectomies or breastfeeding several kids and plastic surgeons do not make sure patients are aware of the risk.

The wording in "provides you the opportunity to care for your children" shows that he is both unaware that most parents can't make it on a single income and that childrearing is grueling and thankless work work. The "women have invaded male spaces" thing is also funny to me. I hear it a lot. What male spaces have women invaded? I'm genuinely curious. Meanwhile gross pervert men in dresses are actually invading women's physical, real spaces in bathrooms and locker rooms and sports.
Every woman I know, apart from maybe one or two, wants kids or has kids and is glad they did. The ones who don't have kids yet are childless solely for infertility or financial reasons. While childrearing is hard, most women would rather raise their children themselves than entrust them to some stranger all day. Yet this is simply not financially feasible because employers don't provide accommodations for childrearing. If men actually wanted to make it easier for women to have kids, they would push for childcare accommodations. But they don't want to make it easier for women to have kids.
