He did make it to the RPG stream with them. From the clips I saw he was either still seething from the night before, playing an asshole character, or both.
So he's probably not even on Gary "list." Not yet anyways.

Also, you know you wanted it:

You know, it's funny Viva just came up...

Didn't Viva write all or some of Rumble's ToS?

Before anybody thinks I'm advocating Nick be de-platformed, I'm not. I think he should be able to scream nigger from the rooftops if he wants. You all should. I'm just wondering whether we're thinking about this the wrong way, and it was actually Rumble themselves who poked him on the shoulder and told him to private that six hour rant against July where he drops multiple N-bombs against an actual black guy? We think of Rumble as devil-may-care, but July arguably has a bigger fanbase than Nick now. Rumble is also still very much not Kiwi Farms.

Source document.

I mean, if it's true, Nick probably lost his shit. But what could he realistically do? He's bucking for a new contract from them.

Nick, you non-practicing faggot. This "WELL THE IRS MIGHT WANT TO KNOW ABOUT THAT" bullshit about charity fraud is so beyond stupid I'm ripping my hair out. Someone correct me if I'm wrong:

- Eric July says, "You can buy an extra book for $17.50 to go to this charity and the charity will disperse the books to kids in need since it'll help boost my numbers and is good advertising."
- Eric July then provides said books to the charity as stated and saves on the costs of freight because of bulk shipping.

Where is the fucking fraud? Someone explain this to me, because I've been mulling this over all weekend trying wrap my mind around this wet brained take. Did I misunderstand and instead Eric was planning on sending a charity money, not books? The cost of the freight doesn't matter when the promise made is "pay me $17.50 and I'll send this charity a free book".

"I didn't wanna ask this question, man! I DIDN'T WANNA ASK THIS QUESTION!!"

Then why did you? Are you not able to control yourself? Are you too weak to stand up to your chat's pressure? If you were TRULY looking out for Eric, you wouldn't have asked anything that would have put him in harm's way.
Nick is following a pre-planned scenario in his head. All of his drama streams are this exact way. Pretend to be nice, get the other guy talking, and then jump on with pressure via some sort of gotcha. It's what Nick brought to IBS, he pretends to be impartial and then the moment you go over what his perceived "line" is he gives himself permission to sucker punch his guest with accusations.

The problem is that the only crime Eric July seems to have committed is to have been too successful for Juju and Vito's liking.

Question:

Does anybody give a shit about the Drunken Peasants, in the year of our Lord, 2023? They apparently did a livestream recently claiming that Rekieta won.

I know they made headlines back in 2016, over the Milo Yiannopoulos priest pedo thing, but I honestly forgot they were even a thing since then.

Doesn't seem to have many views.
I have no idea how these people and their retarded fans get off thinking they came out in any way on top in that situation. Eric basically says, "It's very dangerous taking this shit IRL". Nick gaslights the shit out of him to defend his gay pedo friends. Eric calls him a "non-practicing lawyer" (which he is). He then proceeds to have a 7hr long drunk screaming cope session with his e-daddy. Dropping obscenities and contradicting himself every five seconds. Meanwhile Eric is just disappointed in him.

Also, their fans are everywhere dropping gaslighting comments. Do they have nothing better to do than lie for daddy Dick all day?

From what I've seen, albeit very limited (these clips and the dnd stream he begged out of), Nick seems like the absolute worst player to play with.
I'm fairly certain that Nick has mentioned that he goes out of the way to try to fuck with the DM/other players when he gets involved with TTRPGs.

So the better question is, is a person who has no interest in actually engaging with the campaign by intentionally trying to sabotage it a terrible person to play with?

I've never played TTRPGs (although I have been playing BG3), but I'm assuming going out of your way to ruin someone else's shit makes you insufferable to play with in that particular gaming scene.

He said that those people who bought a bundle of books for charity got discount. So, the individual paid less than $175, if they bought 10 books for charity. He also said that his company also has donated money directly to charity

"I didn't wanna ask this question, man! I DIDN'T WANNA ASK THIS QUESTION!!"
He does that in this video too, he's trying to gotcha, but he doesn't realise that he is the dumb one

Very simply, yes Nick is what is called "that guy" in the TTRPG community. As both a player and GM I would not want him anywhere near my tables; people who only want to play to fuck with everything are both miserable to play with and are often the reason a game gets dropped altogether. Why he would even accept a spot at the table when he clearly doesn't enjoy it is absolutely beyond me, and if his stance on intentionally being a fucktard is well known I have to wonder why he would keep being invited back. Surely it's not just for view boosting, right?

This is the gayest reach at a "gotcha!" I've ever seen. There's nothing here. Nick is acting like Juju's lawyer trying to get ANYTHING out of Eric to make Juju's bullshit seem reasonable.

Yes. Nick's behavior: openly hostile, questioning everything, not paying attention, etc is an annoyance when you're just trying to play a game. I noticed this when I watched the dnd session he had to leave early from. He spent the entire first session constantly asking the quest giver "why". Then once they were started he kept trying to side track with other stuff. I'm sure Nick kept doing the same thing in other sessions but then got upset that the campaign was taking too long.

Edit:
We need a "lurk more" sticker
I see your logic here and would also like to remind you there's no need to be a Drexel about this.
Keep drinking at KF, drinking at Elissa, drinking at EJ, drinking at the internet for laughing at you. Drinking poison and waiting for the other guy to die is totally genius and we are so owned.
Don't forget to throw in a recommendation to keep saying actionable things on the Internet. I think that will also serve Nick well.

The cost of the freight doesn't matter when the promise made is "pay me $17.50 and I'll send this charity a free book".
According to Eric July, the customers paid an average of $13 or so for each donated comic book. That means for each sold at the full $17.50 (which is already half of the $35 sticker price) there was one paid for by customers for around $9.50. That's less than $10 for a product being sold for $35.

That's to say that even if freight did matter in terms of operating costs and the price, the cost to customers adjusted accordingly.

EDIT: Pardon me, but my numbers were off. It wouldn't be $9.50 for that cheaper donated copy, it's actually $8.50.

$8.50 + $17.50 = $26 which makes the average $13 per comic

It's a "gotcha" when you yell halfway through the answer that you really need to shut up and get different lawyers.

Nick doesn't like taking things into his lungs. It was established some time back that's why he smokes cigars but dislikes cigarettes or anything else meant to be taken into the lungs.
So why even bother smoking weed at all? He's basically wasting it. Give it to some 420 blaze it erryday dude who knows how to use it.

Yeah it's awful, for both the GM and the other players. I would unironically kick Nick from my table. I no longer have time for "le wacky and unhinged loose cannon that ruins the game for everyone." Now to be clear, there is a difference between being clever and coming up with a novel solution to a problem and being a fucking cockhole.

That's why I said he should switch to edibles. Or, like... ya know... just don't consume pot.

But, I think @The Yellow Dart is probably right: He's smoking to look cool.

Except it doesn't really. Recreational pot has been legal in Minnesota for four years now. Hell, it's even legal in my super-Red state. It's legal a lot of states now. Doing this would have made a statement that you're a bad boy maybe 10 years ago, but now nobody gives a shit. He looks like a dork because he's doing it wrong, and if he did manage to do it right, he'd probably become even less productive (if that's even possible). I doubt very much pot has the same effect on his dumb ass as it does for somebody like Kevin Smith.

So... the the hashing in DMs is no longer the Case?
Your guess is as good as mine.

Whatever happens, I personally think Rippa should still not engage anymore, but this isn't an advice website. People do dumb shit. We laugh. And so it goes...

EDIT TO ADD:

I did say earlier that Dick and his idiots were gonna try and rope Nick back in. Cue Riley.

No way, dude. He should absolutely hit the edibles on a stream. Chat could goad him into doing the whole "these edibles ain't shit" and taking a bunch more. Especially if someone sends him some dick-shaped edibles, you know for a fact those are going in his mouth on camera.

Bonus points if we get to see Our Wife trying to wrangle him after he's squarely fucked up and screeching for help.

Is this the actual account of TiC?

Some Locals posts.

Eric July is racist:

Rekieta was trying to help Eric July (I didn't bother with the complete post)

How butthurt COOMkieta would have been if Eric had said, "Use code Pullup to get ISOM #1 for $5, and unlike the locals gift, it will arrive on time."

Fucking with the DM/creatively derailing stuff can liven up a game, but you have to have social skills to read the room and not take it too far, be annoying, or bogart the game. Nick doesn't have any of that, because he thinks he's way cooler than he is and is always zooted out of his gourd.
