So... the the hashing in DMs is no longer the Case?

Seems I was right. They've already "hashed it out."
Here's something interesting:
- "I already spoke to Rekieta" - On Twitter, he said he'd do this later, so he's contradicting himself.
- "We'll speak again when heads cool." - He's returned to the "narrative" he set up beforehand.
This tells me everything. They already had whatever counts for their conversation and won't be having another later unless its in 10-20 years.
They are done. In all likelihood he saw the
realllly bad clips after he posted to Twitter - when the folks who thought he was ignorant to what was said blasted him with a million "NIGGER" clips. This probably made him push up the time to talk to Nick, and it probably was less of a "talk" and more of a
"Dude, I'm gonna publicly squelch this, but don't ever talk to me again"
Eric's better for it anyway. One glance at this clip tells you that Nick is trying to hand Eric rope to hang himself with.
He said that those people who bought a bundle of books for charity got discount. So, the individual paid less than $175, if they bought 10 books for charity. He also said that his company also has donated money directly to charity

He does that in this video too, he's trying to gotcha, but he doesn't realise that he is the dumb one
When Eric answers smartly and correctly with... well,
the truth, Nick pulls the slimiest fucking tactic I've ever seen:
"Well because 'I trust you' doesn't mean everybody on earth is required to trust you"
So let me get this straight: Eric does nothing wrong. He does exactly as promised. Dax, some random belligerent asshole shows up and starts screaming "muh charity" to the point where he - and I cannot stress this enough -
He maliciously tries to ruin Eric's multi-million dollar, ground-up business by roping those charities into what
could become ruinous legal drama and unearned negative press that negatively impacts future charitable and profitable endeavors.
(Dax later goes on to admit he really doesn't even care about the charity or what it's statements that they were happy with the agreement and Eric went above and beyond with extra donated money). On top of this, Dax and his posse also try to bait out lawsuits with other companies to force legal action against Eric.
What the actual FUCK, Nick? Who gives a shit what Dax or his posse of smelly assholes thinks? When they're doing everything they can to ruin a man for the crime of making a comic company? Nobody cares that they don't trust him. They don't have to, Everyone cares that Dax blatantly is using duplicitous and
illegal means to bankrupt Rippaverse.
This proves it: Nick WAS trying to hang Eric with legal rope for Dax.
"I didn't want to ask this" is a blatant fucking lie.
- Hey asshole, if you don't want to start asking legally sensitive questions, try NOT DRINKING before or during an interview with legally sensitive topics.
- Oh, and try not making that shit sound like some campy scripted faggotry you'd hear in a soap opera, you dickhole.
Not only did he want to ask it, he tried to kneecap Eric's answer into something short and divorced from context to "prove" some form of intent. He was attempting a "yes or no only" gotchya, like he's in court - itself a disgusting tactic since there will never be a
"yes/no/objection: relevance" cross-examination with the charity
who's already confirmed Eric's story. Nick is doing all of this, leveraging his presumed legal expertise and
authority over Eric, a person he claims is a "friend," a person he claims is receiving bad legal counsel and is this "uninformed" on his very-public-show
knowing this will give potentially damning legal bits to Dax and his orbiters. Tell me he's not acting as some unspoken pro-bono lawyer for Dax.
Fucking tell me he isn't.
We've seen how Nick handles sensitive legal topics, what did he used to say to the randoms in his superchats? "Email or DM me, and we'll talk." Why? Because he knows it's legally sensitive, and you generally don't want people speaking too much, potentially damaging their case out in public when they can be identified. So then, why get socially lubricated and then put your friend with a multi-million dollar start-up on the hot seat? Nick has two conflicting opinions on how to handle legally sensitive topics. When he's friendly/amicable with the person it's "in private" When he's being bitchy and trying to ruin them it's on his show, complete with invasive questioning and cringy "WHY DID YOU MAKE ME DO THIS!!?" theatrics.
Isn't it just really convenient that if Nick gives Dax ammo in the context of his internet show instead of sliding Eric's private DMs to him on the down low, Nick can have plausible deniability that he's not legally helping Dax while also providing cover for the massive conflict of interest involved here as well?
This goes without hyperbole, Nick should be disbarred.
Nobody, much less Eric should ever associate with him again. All Nick had to do after his sperg fit to prove an iota of good will was to
shut the fuck up. But that's why they're lolcows - they can't. I pray Eric breaks the cycle, keeps his mouth shut, and ruins Dick's entire posse.
I wanted to stay lurking in this thread. Paying attention, though keeping distance and my mouth shut but this is just fucking ridiculous.
