holes could be poked through his stories. like so she called back 2 days later to let him know she wasnt coming back. for one, did he or not say he waited until she called to decide on remodelling and "refreshing" everything? there would be reciepts for these purchases if they still had any left, maybe it was on credit cards. but then why did he not stream for 2 days? or why did he decide to remodel/clean the day he dropped her off before he knew if she'd be back or not? and his reactions on stream about now being able to "walk", for his reaction to why he remodelled. well fuck if it was done for walking but she was coming back, that's not exactly getting walking space back.

Im very surprised that even in the kiwifarms out of all places there are people who think that dont talk to the police is not something you should ALWAYS do, because you appear sus or some shit like that.

Even in this obvious murder case where you are guilty, if the police doesnt find the body there is a ¨chance¨ you get away with it, as long as you dont give any version of events to anyone, not the police nor the public, and the retard did both of those things.

If the suspect does not give his story of what happened the cops have to prove the guy did something to a body they cant find, thats very fucking hard, also the police is gonna go into the case blind, because they dont know shit about what the suspect was doing on the days of the murder, if the prosecution fucks up in any part of the case because this lack of intel (again, because you didnt run your mouth), then you show the jury proof that the prosecutor is lying and voila, case practically won.

But if a guy doesnt ask for a lawyer and spergs about what he did those days in june, now the cops can also find and use proof that contradicts any of the statements he made, it doesnt even matter if those statements have anything to do with the murder itself, if they can prove the guy is a liar and lied in these recent streams or twitter posts it means he has something to hide, in that case, hes done.

In any criminal case the less the prosecution can know about you the better, because the less info he has the harder his job is and it has a much higher the chance of fucking up, never tell anything to anyone, because it will reach the prosecutor, information is power and the prosecutor is your enemy.

Thats also why this guys life is fucking over, they have hours of streams and dozens of tweets of his version of events, just poke 4 or 5 holes out of all that shit and his credibility is done, easiest case of the prosecutors life.

Edit: i noticed that in my post i use police and prosecutor pretty much interchangeably, and while its technically wrong, in reality you should treat both as the same thing, prosecutors and cops are best friends, everything you tell one the other will know, thats why you never talk to either of them, your only ally is your lawyer.

This was my first thought too (and I guess everyone else's as well lol).

As someone who watches a ton of true crime stuff, the number of times I've heard killers say "my wife is out of town" or "I thought this was just a missing person case" before being confronted with tons of evidence and admitting they killed their spouse is mind numbing.

I really hope I'm wrong and he didn't hurt her, but I have a bad feeling...
