There were occasionally hecklers that were a man but most often it was some drunk thot. Most of them have been told they’re funny by guys who want to fuck them so they have no actual sense of humor. Unfortunately Im one of those people who have too many standards for women I guess. Not fat, intelligent and verbally dexterous, educated and employed, open minded philosophically and politically, competent and willing to share housework, pragmatic and non materialistic, has no social media like myself, greater than a 7 looks wise, takes care of herself physically and probably most important, capable of love and romanticism, not just a casual sex addict. Mark Millar is just pure shock value, most of his stuff is terrible and just pure distilled shlock. Most of them dont even have functional plot, its just event sequences. He actually wanted to complete the DC defilement trilogy back in the 90s with Death of Superman, Batman Knightfall and his series The Rape of Wonder Woman. Garth Ennis I like cause he seems genuine. Im not going to explain all the lore here but most British writers in the industry come from a radical left wing, atheist background and theyre extremely spiteful especially towards american values, what we call "western values". Garth Ennis seems to be the least radical out of all of them cause he loves America, he loves New York and hes not a polarized extremist piece of shit. In interviews hes pretty polite, humble and for the most part nice unlike everybody else from the British Invasion, he doesnt bash peoples interest in superheroes or atheists or anything while people like Pat Mills like to pull an Ethan Klein and call bomb threats on the Vatican. Hate the sin not the sinner type thing. His War fetish comes from his love of British War Comics from the 60s and 70s, stuff like Battle Picture Weekly, Valiant, Action among other magazines which published serialized stories similar to Dirty Dozen, Great Escape, Where Eagles Dare and Hunt for the Red October for teenage boys. I find it pretty fun cause I like War Adventure stories and I like Garth Ennis's writing for the most part, outside of genuine shit like Batman Reptilian or the other for hire shit he does.

I'd chalk this up to the fact that he was very anti-establishment and anti-censorship/PC. Of course, when he was around, "the establishment" was significantly more right-leaning than it is now.
