If she was seen 2 days after JF let the potato go free, I don't think he killed her. But 2 days is still within the window of when she had her old cellphone. It is theoretically possible that JF tracked her down with a tracking app and then killed her. But I consider that highly unlikely given his past behavior in the prior incident when she took off.

If they get a reliable sighting of her outside of the 2 day window, I think that is when we can be pretty certain JF didn't kill her.

They are homeless shelter. And provide "mental health services." If there was a "cell phone smash" moment on the 19th I would not be surprised if it occurred there. I would be surprised if this facility didn't cooperate with the police with all they knew. The google comments are rather interesting. At least one other person has been trying to track down a family member that was last at that shelter.

Edit: The facility also has 2nd hand clothing sales. If she got new clothes, it would have been there. If I were to guess, I would expect she picked up a new cell phone while she was there too. A cell phone is a critical device for the homeless. I wonder if the new one is some Canadian state provided service plan for the indigent similar to the Obama phone.

Albert street does have a like homeless shelter / soup kitchen. Its a short little street on the south side of town nearing the boonies. Kind of a shady part of town but if she's going on some backpacking 'adventure', it would make sense she'd go where they're giving out free food and shit. I think it's called Nazareth House, but google maps says its Maison Nazareth Inc. The tip might be real, it might have been from JF putting on a sillier voice than normal.

See all of the clips where Mama JF is present. You can retroactively declare someone mentally handicapped post-mortem. It has happened before on multiple occasions. There are plenty of instances where mentally handicapped people do not get treated by their families and when something happens to them, the families get convicted. Retarded people go missing all the time. Research any of these cases. There are plenty. There are special provisions around mentally handicapped people and it doesn't take an expert to watch any clips from JF's stream to make a competent argument that she's mentally unfit to take care of herself.
