In Maple Country it is so probably the same there. In Canada it's punishable by up to 14 years in prison depending on the type of intimidation.

I don’t know how those kind of demand letters work from real law firms. They have to give some kind of time for a response or action like taking down a video. I doubt it’s legal to demand one or even two days but I dunno. Maybe it’s whatever the judge and jury finds reasonable under those circumstances.
