Some of them fuck up and dilate the urethra instead as they expect the hole to be inside the "labia" not below it.

From what I remember, Jazz Jennings’s leftover erectile tissue was pressing on his urethra which cause his piss stream to shoot up. That was supposed to be “corrected” during one of his many revision surgeries.

6 months post op and panicked
I'm a little over 6 months post op and I'm freaking out. My urethra isn't pouting down anymore and is sticking out of my body, a fairly significant distance. It looks like the base of a penis.

I'm afraid something went wrong, or I messed up during recovery. It's difficult for me to dilate, I can't get more then 2 fingers in and that's a struggle, and I still have practically no sensation. I'm so afraid I made the wrong choice in Surgeon, or maybe I should have just not done the surgury, but I can't do anything sexual or masturbate, I can even kiss my husband for too long because when I get horny it feels like it's pushing out of my body and hurts.

I know no one here can fix this, and I'm going to contact my surgeon in the morning but I just needed to type this out to help me calm down enough to get sleep. I'm attaching photos in the off chance someone does know what's going on and/or has some solution for me.
He didn't name the surgeon but this could be Rumers work. This is low quality even for SRS surgeons.

Ah yes he was taught by a surgeon called Harold Reed, who's now retired but was a prominent SRS surgeon for decades. Despite his experience, Harold was a terrible surgeon and botched pretty much everyone he came across. Shapeshifter is a well known victim of his.

I even found a deleted reddit comment saying:

Why do so many doctors ass what looks like a 4th hole directly underneath the vagina when doing vaginoplasty. Like why don't they close it. Like I have seen so many results from doctors where the vagina looks Cis but it have two holes where the vagina is.

I only really see a 'hole' below the neovagina when there is very bad wound dehiscence, which is obviously unintentional, so this tranny is mistaking the urethra for the rotpocket.

Just like Jazz's friends - most are HSTS and all of them are doing OF porn now, at least one of them hardcore (I forgot their names).
