Since all of the character rigs and episode flash files have leaked someone could theoretically spin up an AI to produce new episodes.
Twilight can be a unicorn again. All of the characters from the shit seasons that people like can be done justice. Anon can finally be a character.

Already an ongoing project but tbh I don't see AI cued flash rigs being 100% viable for a few years, there's a lotta finesse (re: duct tape) involved with it since iirc most of the show production was shown with the 2019 leaks to be 1/3 flash, 1/3 some custom overlay software to handle the fuckload of scenes and 1/3 adobe after effects with all audio being applied in AE since all the audio attached to the files is left at the default 8khz mono

I am humbly requesting that you guys help me find this one brony I just cannot remember the name of.
He was a YouTuber, he made edgy videos reviewing the show, and musical mashups if I remember right. I swear I remember that he made a music mashup of "Remember The Name", but I can't find his no matter where I look.
His avatar was DJ Pon-3, but color shifted to kind of a yellow/cream. This is the closest I can find to what I remember.


The other thing I distinctly remember was one time he spent an entire video shitting on an episode where the CMC were trying different things to get their cutie mark, he hated the CMC, and one skit was him suffocating himself with a plastic bag to see if holding his breath was his special talent.
I can't remember this guys name for love nor money, and I don't even know if his channel remains up or anything.
My current plan is to harness the power of raw autism and go through every review of a CMC focused episode and see if I can find something, but if somehow one of you guys know who I’m thinking of that would be awesome.

It might have just been that I was like thirteen, but I cracked up at that.

Driving your franchise off a fucking cliff because you didn't check the paperwork for the previous TV network thoroughly enough and then thought you could outcontract fucking Warner Bros Discovery, they managed to out-retard the decision that left them stuck with Gameloft being their sole game dev for nearly all of Hasbro for an entire decade, genuinely impressive.

Thing is though, outside of revisting some rather important locals or the other races to see what they're up to (it would be awesome/hilarious if Griffonstone had gone from a run down third world shithole in G4 to a gleaming imperial metropolis in G5), there's really not a whole lot of reason to revisit G4 IMO. Their story was told, the journey complete. Trying to go back to the well of it for more would basically be them falling into the same pitfall that a lot of other franchises have run into over the years.

Steam's gotten lax and the corpo content machine is too busy trying to convince investors kids give any relative shit about Nu Star Wars Gen 5 so a lot of fan stuff is finally slipping into the system after a decade of autistically aggro C&D issuance.

I remember way back when, people were developing a MLP fighting game called Fighting is Magic. The team originally wanted to put it up on Steam, but if I remember correctly Hasvro said “lol no”, and then it got redone into Thems Fightin’ Herds years later. Wasn’t very good tbh. The original you could only really get a scuffed unfinished copy because the devs pulled it due to copywrite. It was broken as fuck and even I, the worst gamer on the planet, found easy ways to do infinite combos. The new game was just a basic fighting game, nothing special aside from Faust working on it.
There were also a million and one fangame projects that simply raised money, devs worked on it for like a week, and then the game never got anywhere, but that’s just fandoms.
Anyways, Hasbro was insane with their IP back in the day, maybe they eased up on it when people stopped caring about MLP.
