USA had a interest rate of 3.5% to 4.7%. Using both these numbers and 25 year amortization to give benefit if the doubt...

Keeping in mind in 2018 the loan amount listed is 208,000

To pay 2,000 monthly at 3.5% would mean the loan amount is just under 400,000

To pay 2,000 monthly at 4.7% would mean the loan amount is just around 350,000

Full sale amount listed for 2015 is 279,000. And property tax assessment (a value that doesn't necessarily tie to sale price) is 238,000.
