Cartoon Industry thread - Showcasing the Spergery of the Animation Industry

I wonder how many cartoons nowadays suffer from millennial writing
I add on to your question with this classic throwback as to how thinking that swapping the skin color from fictional characters to real people is still considered a “progressive” idea

The worst offender imo is OK-KO, a series I wanted to like as a cartoon sperg, but nearly every episode has an obvious cartoon/anime reference and has the audacity to go "gee I wonder what THIS could possibly be *wink wink*".
They managed to get a fucking sonichu reference in for the first episode/pilot where it was under a different name than the rest of the series lmao.

A lot of the issues with animation and a lot of industries in the US right now is the California exclusivity of it. Even the shit that's not in california is in places affluently financed Californians migrated to over the last few years. and the social media politics brainghosts that control people these last several years are all curated by California Dwelling Tech companies.
There's other shit but for real it's a significant lack of "diversity of thought" going on.

its okay, i didnt plan on watching this show anyway because 1, i dont have kids, 2, i dont watch kids shows, and 3, fuck cops
Thank you for not being a paedo. This whole forum is fucking full of not-paedophiles, it's ridiculous. Dear Feeder spoils us.

Imagine openly supporting terrorists, but at the same time, Tara had it coming.

I guess liking the Islamophobia tweet didn't do her any favors for side, but even with this little context it's pretty clear Tara is just saying the Hamas are doing fucked up shit and needs to be called out. Saying we shouldn't gun down women and children shouldn't be hot take for the left or anyone really and the fact that it is is fucking bizarre.
