Say what you want about the israelis but hundreds of thousands of them are about to enter brutal urban combat against people that really want them dead who had decades to prepare for it.
In comparison, this fatass is such a coward that he cant even call out his ¨friends¨ on the double standards that he obviously really despises and hides his entire twitter, just after apologizing to that woman who said there are no israeli civilians.

Best case scenario is that Ethan should be bullied relentlessly by his fellow jews, just to advance his mental breakdown arc, he really deserves it.

I don't think it's so much seething as it is Ethan having a mental breakdown and crisis of faith with nobody in his social circle other than his wife to turn to for comfort.
