Money YT 8/24 - Chris wants a 3D printer

Chris can be a really big idiot at times. This is one of those moments. Does he really think that someone would be like: "I hope someone in Charlottesville needs my 3d printer along with my expertise of it.... let's search on Youtube to see if there are people in need!"

To Chris:

What you're doing is advertising. Advertise it on craiglist or a local newspaper, NOT ON YOUTUBE!

His understanding of the internet has always been weird. He often addresses a public video or comment to a specific person or group of people and assumes they see it.

It's a combination of not understanding the scope of the internet, assuming that if someone can watch it they will, assuming he is so massively popular that most people see his messages. But all of those are subconsious, barely thought out ideas, mostly he just doesn't think things through nearly enough.

Nah. The interface and tech behind AutoCAD and VectorWorks hasn't changed all that much in the past decade, and any 3D printer a ween would give him access to would accept legacy CAD files.*

In other words, he finally has a use for his degree but won't use it.

Well I stand corrected I assumed itd be like learning windows 95 living in a cave for 10 years and the juming on a mac. But hey good for him put that college money to good err or some use

This, plenty of instructors have been on autopilot for decades. Thing is, no matter who is using a 3D printer it's pretty much a giant clusterfuck.

Best case scenario: printer gets jammed, hot plastic spews all throughout 14BC covering the hoard and Barb and Chris and all of the lego, creating a shrine for weens to pay tribute to for the rest of time.

You're under the assumption that Pristine Christine would be doing it all by herself. You're wrong, Pristine Christine is too smart for that. She knows she's an internet legend and an owner of a million dollar franchise so it's only a matter of time before someone who has a proper 3d printing studio and the required knowledge will come along to participate in making Sonichu Entertainment of America an even greater success.

I am genuinely curious the fact that it was in his car and he said it was a spur of the moment thought I can just imagine the stupid thing he wants to make..one thing I can promise you all, it absolutely is not to fulfill orders it's something for him that only he would enjoy. I can just picture him thinking of it and thinking it's the best idea ever if he could just find a 3d printer.
