Chris can be a really big idiot at times. This is one of those moments. Does he really think that someone would be like: "I hope someone in Charlottesville needs my 3d printer along with my expertise of it.... let's search on Youtube to see if there are people in need!"

To Chris:

What you're doing is advertising. Advertise it on craiglist or a local newspaper, NOT ON YOUTUBE!

if any need to buy one for some that like one i went one for years but the olny place i get one for our canadian tire for over 400 bucks so i will wait untill like al ways for the price to go down of find a used one
cwc should to this too wait untll the price is right to get one like i am asking for it make them and begger then a saver like me

He could just buy one with money from 10 videos, and expand on the knowledge he already gained from his CAD degree, but that would actually improve himself so he can't let that happen.

How much money do you think he is going to not pay the local 3D printer guy for teaching him and producing medallions for him?

Laziness is getting the better of him.

He was in CADD what 10 years ago at least right? Everything he learned is probably obsolete by now technology changes by the month now.

Nah. The interface and tech behind AutoCAD and VectorWorks hasn't changed all that much in the past decade, and any 3D printer a ween would give him access to would accept legacy CAD files.*

In other words, he finally has a use for his degree but won't use it.
