Israelis have started to apply "cope cages" to their vehicles. The name has been outdated for a while; they are somewhat effective against drone attacks, just not against the top attack ATGMS they were presumably originally designed for and failed to deal with, which gave them that name.
There's also a trade off with them potentially making it more difficult for the crew to exit the vehicle through the top hatch in case of an emergency.
IDK whether they would effective against RPGs fired from above in an urban environment, but that might add yet more utility.

If that email is real, General Hokanson is a traitor to the United States. That line about needing to “rally the troops to support Israel” is disgusting; an American general should not be trying to convince the soldiers under his command to support a side in a foreign war. Only if Congress declares war would that be acceptable. It’s also not anti-semitic to refuse to die for another country’s war; troops have been complaining about that since at least WWI.

Also, Tuberville’s complaint is that the Pentagon is supporting abortion instead of their actual mission and he’s holding up appointments until they stop doing that. If they stopped with the wokeness, they’d have no issue getting appointments.

This ties into the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance's definition of Antisemitism. The IHRA an intergovernmental organisation and the US is a member; member states adopted the IHRA's working definition of Antisemitism as their official definition a few years ago. Part of the definition includes

• Denying the Jewish people their right to self-determination, e.g., by claiming that the existence of a State of Israel is a racist endeavour.
• Applying double standards by requiring of it a behaviour not expected or demanded of any other democratic nation.
• Drawing comparisons of contemporary Israeli policy to that of the Nazis.

Biden was recently tip-toeing around using the IHRA definition but it's basically the one the Department of State has been using since 2010, and that's still actively linked to.

If the soldiers are saying things like "I don't think Israel should be a Jewish ethnostate" or "Israel's defence minister called Palestinians 'human animals', just like the Nazis did with Jews" then they are by definition being antisemitic as far as the US government is concerned. The IHRA definition is also notoriously controversial because things that aren't double standards (e.g. "Israel shouldn't carpet bomb civilians in a clear attempt at ethnic cleansing") get claimed to be double standards and therefore antisemitic.
