No one else wants to review this video so I'll put on my big boy autistic pants. I'm going to focus entirely on Jim's actual gaming complaints because I've run out of insults for his appearance.

1. It takes roughtly 4 minutes to actually have Jim get to his fucking rant. Jimmy if you keep wondering why people stop subscribing to your channel consider getting to the fucking point.
2. "Companies don't want some of the money... they want all of the money." - A quote Jim attributes to a Square Enix employee 10 years ago. Yes Jim Corporations are greedy they're motivated by profits. BTW in these last 10 years Square Enix has fallen under hard times, they had to sell off their western studios and if it wasn't for Final Fantasy and Dragon Quest well they'd be in real shitty conditions. It's almost like greedy corporations aren't guaranteed to just succeed wildly. Giant corpos don't sell assets unless there's a problem.
3. Jim proclaims that Corporations at heart want to all become monopolies. I don't necessarily disagree with that. If Apple could be the only smartphone provider rather that compete with all the Android Manufacturers I'm sure they would. I'm sure Samsung would wish they could be the only name in town...
4. Jim then suggests Microsoft will be monopolistic by doing the most reckless utterly stupid move they could theoretically make; turn Call of Duty into an Xbox Exclusive franchise. Call of Duty is a giant Cashcow because it's the most popular FPS game on both Xbox and Playstation. One of the few decent things I can praise Activision for is that they were able to smoothly get COD MP crossplay so Xbox, PS, and PC players could all get together. And Microsoft has confirmed already that they not only want to keep COD on all 3 platforms but add Nintendo to the roster. Note the Xbox is way less popular than Playstation, they would lose their biggest audience by ditching Sony Consoles.
5. Jim then says Gamepass is becoming a shitty product with higher fees and less choice. Well if that's true then PEOPLE WILL STOP PAYING FOR GAMEPASS. Just like how Netflix and Disney+ has lost subscribers. Again Capitalism doesn't guarantee success.
6. Jim is mad that impatient gamers can play games several days early before it launches on Gamepass. You know we're talking about a medium where there's THOUSANDS of games to play. If someone really had to play Starfield at the earliest possible time that's on them instead of waiting for Gamepass.
7. He hates Phil Spencer because Phil was thinking of trying to buy Nintendo. Well that didn't happen because Nintendo has made it clear for decades now that THEY WILL NEVER BE BOUGHT.
8. Jim lists Xbox failures (the always online no used games Xbox One, The Kinect). Again Microsoft can spend their warchest THEY ARE NOT GUARANTEED WILD SUCCESS.
9. Jim hates Xbox Live because it introduced Pay to Play Online. I never thought I'd defend Microsoft but y'know Xbox Live for both OG Xbox and 360 were insanely better online ecosystems than what Sony offered (and still better than what Nintendo charges monthly today!) Halo 2 was the first huge Online Console Game.
10. I can't disagree that in app purchases were fucking gay. BTW whatever happened to that gimmick Jim? Oh yeah it died because hardcore gamers rejected it!

12. Jim is mad that Microsoft started the buyout of Activision around the same time they laid off 10,000 employees. Do I need to point out that Microsoft does a lot more than gaming? Jim doesn't say so I have a feeling that at least a portion of the 10,000 employees laidoff didn't work for Xbox Gaming.
13. Jim thinks laying off employees is immoral if it has a warchest. Well it's utterly irrelevant a corporation can do whatever it damn well pleases. And then he whines that Activision is bad. Again doesn't matter.

BTW Jim did you notice that Microsoft failed to have a monopoly it feasibly should have had with little difficulty? The PC Gaming software market. Valve took that with the smallest resistance possible and Microsoft for the last few years has now just had to accept that and sell their games on Steam. Again nothing is written in stone. The biggest gaming platform could be controlled Microsoft, it could be Sony, it could be Nintendo, it could possibly end up being Apple (but not Google as Stadia bombed). Just because Microsoft made a giant acquisition doesn't fucking mean they'll be a monopoly. There's tons of corporations all vying for marketspace and anyone who thinks it's all sealed up is A MORON!

i'd argue that the Kinect wasn't a failure. It certainly excited casual gamers when it was announced, and it's even very successful in real life, outside of gaming. A lot of companies and governments use it.

I'm curious about that. Given Kinect never worked well enough to use as a control for a videogame, I can't imagine an application it would be suited for.
