2023 Israel-Palestine Armed Conflict

because I don't think he or the US really even know what the nation's interests even are at this point in the empire.
Speaking as an American it would appear our empire's interests are a simple stack:

Jews
Faggots
Niggers (sometimes trumps faggots)
Whores

We can view these easily with internal debates and who trumps whom in the media.

This position is absolutely moronic and I'm tired of seeing it. Both sides are genocidal war criminals and literal theocracies built on religions that openly call for the deception, subjugation and elimination of all nonbelievers. They are both bad. This is not a wrestling match or a football game or a first past the post partisan election, you don't have to pick a team, it is neither invalid nor performative to denounce both sides and want them both to suffer maximum casualties and attrition. It is not a zero sum game, nor are these two parties the only parties in existence; you can and should want both to lose as much as possible because both ideologies likely seek to exploit you. In case you haven't figured this out yet, you should be rooting for yourself, even if you're not involved.
Agreed with the one proviso that Jews are far more hostile to Christianity and western civilisation (white people) than Muslims.

Hey, don't beat yourself up! You're on the list too! Just go down to line item #13.

I think Israel should be made stronger to defend western values in the middle east. According to very enlightened billionaires in the west, diversity is our strength. So an open border policy for Israel would do far more for them than deliveries of munitions ever could.

I thought that synagogue was abandoned, why was a Torah scroll left there? The things cost $10K to start because the letters must be hand-brushed by a scribe on specially prepared animal skin parchment.
Although it's listed as abandoned, the French Wikipedia article about Synagogues in Tunisia (which no doubt was the first checking point for the journalist) mentions it being "reconvertie en dépôt", based on a 2010 book entitled Synagogues de Tunisie : monuments d'une histoire et d'une identité. This is described as "being used as a deposit" in English Wikipedia but could mean a warehouse or that it's used as storage.

This French anthropological text I found from 2001 seems to suggest the Torah that belonged to that Synagogue is in France - Tunisian Jews seemingly used to go on a pilgrimage to visit the tomb of a 16th century Rabbi (and supposedly visiting it on the first Sunday in Hanukkah would help infertile women get pregnant), but now they pretend to have a symbolic pilgrimage in Sarcelles. At least that's what I got from it.

It appears there was still a fair amount of tourism to the tomb of Rabbi Yossef el Maarabi, so while they might not have burned a Torah, they seemingly found flammable items to burn and also took the opportunity to destroy historic Jewish artifacts.

Huh, so Israel is technically correct that they did not bomb the hospital building. They just lobbed a bomb set for airburst at the hospital parking lot filled with people seeking safety from the bombs. Not going to get a hamas tunnel with the bomb fused that way.

The Israelis want the Arab civilians out of their target areas, they can't begin their invasion in the way they want to with women and children around. Not that they care about murdering innocents but the optics of using thermobaric munitions in populated areas, especially when clearing tunnels, would be so bad even they couldn't Jew their way out of it.

They targeted the hospital because it's an important service that makes the locals want to stay, especially for families who have sick relatives or who've been injured in the bombings. What's the alternative? The Israelis want the Palestinians to move to a tiny sliver of land in the south with no services, agreeing to this means those sick relatives will likely die a painful death.

Given that these people will not move voluntarily the Israelis have a program to encourage them to move by using small air burst munitions over targets, and they had been doing this with the hospital. Roof knocking is a war crime, but I reckon they took it a step further in this case. Someone got frustrated that it wasn't working and decided to go bigger. Maybe they didn't know there were so many people outside the hospital grounds, more likely they didn't give a fuck. Cue 2 days of non stop cope and propaganda. Jews are gonna Jew.

Why wouldn't Hamas migrate south with the rest of them and wait to migrate back? I haven't been paying too close attention to the conflict but are they expecting Hamas to be chilling out in their base waiting to duel it out?

I think they are terrified of having to face infantry in a city fight. Which is a nightmare. Tunnels will make completely securing an area a nice myth. Pretty sure Hamas's initial attack wiped all the standing units that were stationed around Gaza that were trained for this sort of thing. Their equivalent of the ranger battalion died and elite units do not grow on trees.
