He just blew through everything he put back into Stake on keno. Not sure how much he has left, but if he still wants to buy a car at this point, his only options are gonna be cars that were stolen or are attached to crimes. He's said that he knows a guy who can sell him real cheap cars for like $1500 (obviously shady in this used car market), so my bet is that's what will happen.

The most common bonus buy costs 100 times the bet, so you would think it appears about 1% of the time, but it really appears closer to 0.9% of the time. So if you are doing 20 cent spins and the slot says BUY FREE SPINS $20, each spin has about 0.9% chance of landing a feature. However we can only guess since these numbers are not usually available to the public.
I ran a few of these games off the developer's site in free mode for a few hours one morning because I wanted to see if I could calculate the Pachinko odds from scratch as a brain-sharpening exercise (actually a lot harder than you think because the ball can't go beyond the expanding boundary) and even I got distracted by the stupid cat slots.

Totally anecdotal, but the bonus features seems to have a lot lower natural occurrence than 1%. Remember, it's generally 10 free spins, so that would mean approx. 10% of the time spent on auto-spin would be spent in a bonus feature. Watching BMJ, it seems to occur naturally a lot less than that, but I could be wrong.

On hacksaw, yes, for sure. I was using pragmatic play slots (Sugar rush, most candy slots BMJ plays, gates of olympus) as a baseline reference in my post, they tend to be pretty standard at around 0.9% bonus rate across the board to match the 100x buy-in. However, hacksaw slots tend to have higher buys than 100x, so we can expect it to be less than 0.9%.

Since it was such a short stream i decided to chart his latest game of keno, i present the keno coaster
Special request: Graph this kenocoaster! He peaked at 1.3k and ended up donating it back to Stake $125 at a time.

Edit:
