What a ride. I'm glad I was here for it.

He actually hit it big, like big, and he gambled it all away. Like, didn't even save some of it or anything.
I'm blown away, he's like a cartoon of a gambler it's almost unbelievable.
He's still back live right now, 4:12am his time. Figuring he got his locked Stake hundred or so and he said something about having another $1000 in his bank account.

ETA He's playing runescape.. Maybe he's in shock or something, or just doesn't give a shit.

The official statement from the desk of BossmanJackView attachment 5431658
That statement demonstrates how his crippling gambling addiction is made possible;

Bossmans is an unambitious,shameless,parasitic bum living life on easy mode despite being a broke NEET wastrel because his parents ensure that no matter how much he gambles away and no matter how broke he is he'll always be guaranteed his own private room with a cozy bed to sleep in a three hot meals every day.

If you desire nothing more than shelter,food and a lit joint in your mouth then what's the point of improving and trying to better yourself when you're guaranteed to get it no matter how much of a failed fuck-up you are.

Him parents need to stop enabling him by ensuring to he starts to fully experience the repercussions of his gambling addiction instead of guaranteeing him a comfortable life no matter what he does.

I don't think he understands the value of money and it's uses. To him it's entertainment only. He doesn't need to work for his money, he doesn't pay his own bills, he has no idea about real-life uses of money. That is why he has been taking this huge loss the same way as if he lost 4 dollars. Damn guys, can anyone juice me? :lossmanjack:

I like the fact that he has enough perspective and self-awareness to realise that it’s a banal, meaningless occupation and that he’s extremely lucky to be in the position he’s in, but not quiet enough to lament the fact he’s an unemployed crack smoking terminal gambling addict who forcefully ‘redecorates’ his parents house and hardware.

His mind must just be kaleidoscope of dopamine, cocaine and flashing lights.

The real issue is his brain is rewired now. So even if he has a big $2k come up, which normally would be a huge win, his dopamine receptors will be underwhelmed because he’s won $2k in a single keno spin before. The other problem is statistically it’s unlikely he ever has that kind of insane come up again, so he’ll just be unsatisfied chasing it. He broke his brain and doesn’t have anything to show for it.

Austin was getting too cocky, he had to be put in his place. Keno is a harsh mistress. A normal man would have learned a lesson from this, but Austin knows real winners never quit.

I have to work in the casino industry from time to time. Austin isn't that unusual at all among the clientele. The entire reason why the industry doesn't do comps and shit the way they used to is because they figured out they don't need to. The degenerates will show up to a crackhouse to get their slot machine fix.

Go to any shitty river boat casino and you will see busses from retirement homes dropping off boomers in wheel chairs to sit in from of these same plachinko style screens, dumping their SS payments, while chain smoking next to their oxygen bottles.

It's just a tax on stupid, bored people.
