What is up with Rekieta?Tonight's the night Nick opens for Chrissie Mayr! I pray to God we get some kind of recording out of this.
He hasn't promoted the show on his Twitter. In fact he hasn't tweeted anything today, he tweeted only once yesterday (a reply to Drexel) and his last tweet before that was from Thursday night.
There was also that curious cancellation message from Thursday night.
What's going on? Has he said anything on Locals?
I suspect the "All Men Are Gay" thing on his Locals stream was warmup for his set, that's going to be my suggestion if we get video (which I doubt)yeah but it would be funny if someone here accurately guesses his jokes and premises before the set starts.
himedall: okay guys heres the archive of nicks comedy set...and yes rotpockets was correct 2 pages ago. nick did in fact spend his entire set talking about black guys.
My outside prediction is that he doesn't turn up.
In an alternative universe with no "field kit" of sex toys, Hedonism II vacations, and a couple hundred less bottles of whiskey (including the one that went up his bare ass), you might be able to see that on Rekieta's channel now. Now he's more likely to go under 100k.For channels over a million subs they count by 10,000 increments.
You would expect it to be somewhere closer to 3000 but unless there's more information on how sub counts are rounded I think the range I provided is right. It's just that the extreme values are very contrived. It’s more likely he is between 3,001 and 3,999 lost currently.
Full disclosure: I only know about this from observing numberfagging on /vt/
Assume the rounding is a floor function to make it very simple.
Then if Rekieta was at exactly 466,000 immediately before the drama and 463,999 now: YT would report 466k to 433k, Actual sub loss is 2001.
If he was at 466,999 immediately before and is now at 463,000: YT would report 466k to 433k, Actual sub loss is 3999.
My point was just that long-term trends will be less effected by the specifics of the rounding of numbers.
