PL: I’ve done standup and have never thought to report back to the internet (or even friends and family) that there was “lots of praise” for my jokes, as if they were instead solutions to long unsolved mathematical equations. “That was a blast, great crowd” is a normal report to give. That's kind of weird really. One of the most important factors for gaining muscle after working out is getting a lot of sleep. Sleep heals the body and rebuilds muscles making them stronger and repairing any damage done during the day. If you are constantly snoozing, you'd think you would have no problem healing any damage done to your body and maintaining your tone.
The fucker also sits in front of a computer, phone, and tablet until the wee hours of the feckin' morning, and you can tell by the light blaring off his pasty skin that he's not using a blue light filter, at least not on his computer. That alone can have huge issues for going to sleep, because it convinces your brain it is still light out when it isn't, and it's difficult to get to sleep with-in an hour (I believe) of dealing with blue light like that. There's also a chance his doctor just told him he's narcoleptic because it's an easy diagnosis. Powerleveling here, but my GP told me that for a good two years because I had "all the symptoms". I eventually went through sleep studies, and it turns out I have myalgic encephalomyelitis, or chronic fatigue syndrome. Nick should probably look into that possibility, because CFS can fuck you up as bad if not worse as narcolepsy. And yes, I'm speaking from experience on this.
