It's an incredibly dumb argument. As others have pointed out, the healthy/natural state of a woman is to be able to give birth. If she can't, then she is damaged or deformed in some way. Something is wrong.
The thing with that argument that particularly irks me is that it's based on incredibly retarded autistic logic. They think that if, through "clever" logical manipulation, they can bend the "rules" of the world to agree with them then they'll be what they want to be. These people do not understand that things like linguistics and mathematics are downstream from objective reality, not the source of it. To them, they can't just look at a thing and go "yep, that's a thing", they believe that they have to go through an entire autistic classification process for the thing in order to identify it. Because they also fundamentally don't understand other people or how they think, they believe everyone does this and that if they change the classification process they can cheat it.
If "not all women" can get pregnant, that means all women are supposed to be able to get pregnant. Nobody until current year says "not all men can pregnant" because men aren't supposed to get pregnant.
