LMFAO. Not only did Lemoine get "internet shock jock" in, he also put in the phrase "allegedly a practicing lawyer". Beautiful.
It is. But only
now is it really funny. Before, it was really quite aggravating.
Circa 2019, Nick was still doing a few nickle and dime cases, and Lemoine could have determined that if he bothered to (plenty of people here, including myself, did) so Lemoine kinda jumped the gun there and looked like a bit of a jackass.
Common accusations against Nick back then were that he either wasn't a lawyer, or he has no history of representing anybody. Both are untrue.
As late as 2022, people were repeating that canard. Like this idiot on Reddit after Nick got banned from Youtube:
Nick's a faggot now, but lies like this only serve Nick. As it did during WW.
I think the reason Nick flipped out so hard on July is that he's gotten so much shit like this in the past, but the difference now is that when July said it, the situation had changed to where it was actually true. Nick is
NOW non-practicing. That was probably a punch in the gut to him when he realized it.
As of right now (~1:30pm Nick's time), Nick appears to have generated tweets in 14 of the last 24 hours:
Hours of activity:
23, 22, 21, 20, 19, 18, 17, 16, 15, 10, 9, 7, 6. 1
So many people think he's becoming Ralph, but he might actually become Spoony on his way to becoming Ralph.
Remember when Nick made fun of Ron Toye and Shane for tweeting non-stop?
yeah.
This whole thing has sent me into an existential spiral over whether I have false memories of Nick ever producing quality commentary.
Nah, he did. And the people that were in opposition to him indeed acted that way. The difference is that Nick is now acting that way. He's become everything he claimed to hate.
