- you do have memories: You just don't see them. You remember your movements, sounds and where things are. (kind of like if you closed your eyes, you would still know in which direction to go if you wanted to go home). This means we struggle with subjects like geography, anatomy, which are vision-based, but can still perform by means other than vision (eg. you can't form a map in your mind, but you can remember someone saying "Mexico is south of the USA" etc so you can have some knowledge even in these fields).

- no imagination: not in the literal sense, but you can still form thoughts and ideas in the form of words, concepts. Thought takes place in the form of language alone.

- unironically very sad: it just means you have to work harder in some areas than others. I assumed everyone was like this until a few years ago.

-understanding hypotheticals: not difficult at all. Language is more abstract by nature than an image. Understanding math, for example, is not a problem. For longer sequences of calculations, you just have to use a pen and paper, since you don't have an image of the whole sequence in your mind.

-there is inner monologue, that's all there is.

As for how trying to generate an image in your mind is like:

It's very hard to get past the "blackness" you see when you close your eyes. It takes a lot of effort to get even the basic shape, something other than the darkness and it fades away very quickly. It requires a lot of concentration and effort to keep. Best I can reach I guess is 3.

Anisa hates how utterly mediocre, or less than mediocre she is at everything she does. She clings onto the delusion that she is "different", "unique" and uses anything she can to try to prove it, even if it just makes her look retarded.
