The biggest thing should be getting over whatever trauma is causing you to not to eat or eat way too damn much. Bekah went through rehab for anorexia and she just went in the opposite direction is now morbidly obese. If you can't, you change your routine and create a newer, healthier one. The biggest thing is to try and want to recover, because that truly defines if you will. If you don't want to, you'll remain Eugina, there is no forcing help for this, same with drug abuse. You can get clean and go straight back to it.
I more meant if you can't avoid the reason like if you can't escape an abusive situation easily or it's medication related. Eating disorders are slow and difficult to fix, it isn't mutually exclusive to work on slowly eating more while also working through a problem. More than that, some of the possible triggers may not be outright trauma, but stress like Eugina, where they feel they have no control of their life which again, can be difficult to escape if your finances are being controlled for you for whatever reason. The biggest thing should be getting over whatever trauma is causing you to not to eat or eat way too damn much. Why does she need to compress anything if she loves herself as she is? Chub rub, isn't that some sort of patriarchal myth?Fat Alex is still fat as fuck, will never get pregnant and I would not have sex with her.
I'm surprised she didn't bite him for trying to steal her food. One of the finest displays of instinctual food agression I’ve seen. I’ve seen pit bulls fight for their food less

Maybe she really is enrolled in a serious treatment programme. Or maybe I'mI hope this is not a repost, but there was an update regarding Tammy Lemon from early October on her IG, this time from Tammy herself:

Curious about how much she gained, because she definitely did.
>weight loss is not sustainableGood news everyone, being unhealthy has nothing to do with weight.

That's why I worry about Brye. The biggest thing should be getting over whatever trauma is causing you to not to eat or eat way too damn much. Bekah went through rehab for anorexia and she just went in the opposite direction is now morbidly obese.
That's why I worry about Brye. She also is in recovery, but she too does this weird exhibitionist shit. What's modern ED treatment even like? I know it's never been great, but it seems like you'd get better advice form /fit/ at this point. View attachment 5442769

That's funny, because of all the HAES people I have seen who did get ED treatment, I didn't notice any trauma therapy. They either went in the opposite direction like Bekah, or they constantly preach to fatties what they learned in treatment while refusing to get fat like William. All they learned is it's okay to eat, the world won't end if they do and they aren't fat, so they should say yes to indulging because the point is to get them from being underweight to a healthy weight. You don't get severely underweight or to 300 plus lbs if you don't have trauma of some sort.Almost every therapist believes EDs are caused by 'trauma' and so ED treatment typically involves treating the 'trauma' even if it doesn't exist. Brain over Binge is a good book that details how the stereotypical trauma assumption makes a lot of EDs worse and it's why success rates of recovery are so low. I imagine it's even worse now because therapists are currently obsessed with trauma. You can see that reflected on TikTok where EvErYtHiNg iS TrAuMa.
From the food intake side of things, it's always intuitive eating--which doesn't work for binge eating disorder or bulimia. The fullness cues in binge eaters and bulimics are broken, so they just end up becoming obese (or more obese). So then they get Ozempic (probably). It has more success with anorexics who still have hunger and fullness cues, but forgot how to recognize them.

Of course not because those people have no need to advertise or tell people why dieting is bad. It's only attention whores that need to post about these things on social media.Ironically, you probably never even notice the people who are successfully accepting their bodies, eating intuitively, and so on, because they're well-adjusted enough that they simply integrate the principles into their everyday lives without a song and dance (literal singing and dancing, in the case of TikTok).
Yeah, if even people as huge as Ash Nischuk and Anna O'Brien can find pants that they can at least put on, there's no way that a person like Brye couldn't buy some jeans that accommodate her gunt and have them tailored to fit the rest of her. She's obese, sure, but in many areas of flyover country Middle America, she wouldn't even merit a second glance because of her size. This Tiktok is why we should have never let the tailor die.
It used to be quite easy to buy a pair of pants, dress, whatever, that fit you in the biggest spots, then go to a tailor who would take in the rest for you. A lot of these people don't want to pay the extra money for their throw away fashion though. Also it just looks like she's trying on pants that are 2 sizes too small on purpose.
She should be happy she didn't grow up in the 80s where the jeans weren't flexible or stretchy at all.
