Just found out about a Kickstarter campaign for books about video games, and the first in the series is Super Mario Bros 3. I'd thought it'd be pretty interesting because 1) I'm sure the author won't write her SMB3 book as half boring walkthrough, half embarrassing autobiography and 2) I'm sure Bob would totally support a woman writing about video games even if it makes his book retroactively shittier.

SMB3 is, to be fair, a very well-made game. Going into its design and popularity in-depth could make for an interesting read. Of course if you get someone like Bob to try and have a go at it, the results are amazingly embarrassing.

It'd be both, Chris's book would have a lot more grammar issues and would go off topic much more often, but it'd be much more entertaining to read than Bob's boring mess.
