I think it’s worse because he’s still somewhat functional despite being retarded. He’s incorrectly phrasing things in a manner that he can get someone to say “that’s kind of right, but…”. It’s a very skeevy lawyer tactic because he’ll probably try to say “So you agree with me mostly”. It’s razzle dazzle.

I don’t know why anyone would trust Rekieta. Looking at the 7 hour Cope n Seethe Stream with Dax, I’m fairly certain that a good amount of that was scripted and Rekieta got too tanked to follow his script.
