Wow, wow, wow...just...WOW.
So, when I get looking for new Wu-content, I sometimes pick a new Rocket podcast to listen to.....as I did with this one, without realizing the all-new levels of sperg.
Wu compares, in the first 5 minutes, the girl playing her in "Internet Ruined My Life" to Neve Campbell's joke shame in Scream, imagining she'll be played in the sequel by TOri Spelling.
Wu simultaneously brags, not humble brags but straight brags, while trying to affect a hipster distance from it all. It's pure creamy cringe. She then says, in what seems to be a sincere tone, that the girl who plays her in IRML....
.....could be her twin.
@Jaimas , @Francis York Morgan, I need you guys to listen to this. Need some input here! Somebody!

DAMMIT!DId you know that Daft Punk was "underground" in 1995 and Wu was all about that? Wu also knows about raves and the being arrested because you had E on you or (gasp) were LGBT.
And I'm sitting here, thinking "Wasn't Daft Punk known since their first album?" and look up their chart positions. Sure enough, one of their first records, "Da Funk", released in '95 and is lauded as their first commercial success, with top 100 position in major European markets.

Their first big Album "Homework" had even greater success in '97.

But I suppose being unknown in the US means that you're underground or whatever.

Well, that settles it. We should vote for Hillary because that's what little girls want.
In fact, we should all vote based on the whims of little girls. The Secretary of defense is now a pony, the Vice President is Zac Efron, and Kim Kardashian's birthday is now a paid legal holiday.
I can't wait until Rev 60 comes out on steam. I have a list of at least 5 people I'm going to buy this game for as a gag gift.
And she still manages to make it about herself.

Let me guess, Wu...you've gotten letters from little girls saying that they want to make games because of you.
I know of some, but I would expect to be paid for my contributions, something that I don't think Wu understands.
I like the last sentence of the Steam email: You may choose to list your store page as coming soon to build interest. But no fucking way will John do that because he thinks that his game is already legendary and everyone on Steam knows it's coming.
Next Tuesday, oh boy! There's a C-Wu-Next-Tuesday joke in here somewhere but I'm too tired to be clever about it.
I think the "release it, feed the flames of harassment, launch journo career" stratagem might be Brianna's likely next ploy. The Kickstarter revolt is minor in the grand scheme of things, but I do think she genuinely wants this game to be out. "Woman in tech" is, IMO, secondary to her longtime habit of trying to sell her menagerie of mantiskin. If (when) Rev60:SE flops, she'll use as best she can to springboard to the next endeavor, but I bet you she'll be dragging Holiday and the rest along with her. She might even take another crack at turning it back into a novel.
We'll file this next to the savage "Mild world of Milo" takedown piece which JOhn promised, teased, then... *shok de tout les shoks!* .....never mentioned again.
