2023 Israel-Palestine Armed Conflict

Going to recap and connect the dots of what has happened in the past week, so you can get a gist of the plan of the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) of what they will do next. Crediting most of what I have to SuriyakMaps (Telegram), which has been consistently neutral and reliable, and has been my main source for posting updates in the Russian Invasion of Ukraine thread.

Day 8 of the Gaza Offensive

Israel-Hamas War Update - November 3, 2023 - Day 27

Day 2 - October 28 - Starting operations

In the second day of the Offensive, the IDF launched an assault into Gaza in three directions. Focus on these three directions, as this offensive in those paths will remain consistent throughout the week.

  1. Shoreline and Atatra (north Gaza): IDF gunboats and ships bombarded the northern part of the strip in order to pave the way for the ground forces to enter from the north so that they can capture the town of Atatra.
  2. Beit Hanoun (north-east Gaza): IDF crossed the border and defeated numerous Hamas groups as they approach the town of Beit Hanoun.
  3. South-west Gaza: IDF has launched their offensive towards Bureij and Maghazi with the goal of encircling Gaza from the south. However, this assault was repelled due to heavy resistance from Hamas.

Day 3 - October 29 - IDF captures the first positions within the Gaza Strip

  • Shoreline and Atatra (north Gaza): the IDF advanced 3.5 km parallel to the coast, capturing the suburb of As-Siafa, as they approach close to the town of Hamas-held Atatra.
  • Beit Hanoun (north-east Gaza): the IDF re-captured the Erez Checkpoint and the former Erez Industrial Zone. This is part of an assault to capture the Hamas-held town of Beit Hanoun. The IDF soon launched an assault towards the town that day but was repelled.

Day 4 - October 30 - IDF launches their assault south-west of Gaza, threatening encirclement

1699049336308.png
  • South-west Gaza: Instead of assaulting the towns/Palestinian refugee camps of Bureij and Maghazi, the IDF instead assaulted further north to the town of Al-Mughraqa, adjacent to the former Israeli settlement of Netzarim. The assault came with much success, as Israeli fighters have approached the Netzarim Junction, or the intersection of Saladin Road and the road to Netzarim. With the capture of this junction, Saladin Road, the main artery to supply Hamas fighters in Gaza from the south is now unusable. Gaza is now partially encircled and a cauldron is formed.

Day 5 - October 31 - IDF captures more positions as Gaza is encircled; Houthis declare war against Israel

12

  • Shoreline and Atatra (north Gaza): IDF captured 1.5 km of territory adjacent to the shore, reaching as far to the neighborhood of Al-Tawam west of the city of Gaza, with heavy resistance from Hamas. In addition, the IDF launched their first assaults to the town proper of Atatra. (1 + 2)
  • Beit Hanoun (north-east Gaza): IDF captures the north-eastern tip of the Gaza Strip. (1)
  • South-west Gaza: IDF has launched their assault towards the town of Al-Mughraqa and the Noors Complex, as they advanced past Saladin Road and the Netzarim Junction. (2)
  • On the same day, the Houthis movement, a pro-Iranian and pro-Hamas faction that has held the capital city of Sana'a in the war-torn nation of Yemen, declared war against Israel. (original post got deleted, Idk why but probably for misinformation that Yemen, instead of just Houthis, declared war, even though Yemen is still in a civil war right now)

Day 6 - November 1 - IDF launches a new assault in the southern portion of the Gaza Strip

12
1699051448364.png1699051477462.png
  • Shoreline and Atatra (north Gaza): IDF enters the first buildings of the town of Atatra. (1)
  • Beit Hanoun (north-east Gaza): IDF penetrated deeply through the town of Beit Hanoun, capturing the first buildings from Hamas. (1)
  • South-west Gaza: IDF captured the New Azhar Campus and Sheikh Ijleen Wastewater Treatment Plant in their assault towards the beach in their encirclement of Gaza. Israeli troops have also entered the village of Juhor ad Dik, which is south-east of the Netzarim Junction, with the goal of reinforcing the southern flank of Israeli-held territory from attacks from Hamas fighters in the south. The cauldron grows bigger. (1)
  • South of the Gaza Strip: IDF managed to enter the towns of Abasan al-Jadida and Al Fukhari-Al Bayuk, presumably to force Hamas to focus on this region instead of assisting the Hamas garrison in Gaza. (2)

Day 7 - November 2 - Gaza is now fully encircled, and all supply routes to the city are closed

Day 8 - November 3 - Urban combat within Gaza begins

Edits

  1. Changed Hamas to Houthis in the statement in parentheses
  2. Mentioned Hamas repelling IDF in Bureij and Maghazi in 2nd day of the offensive, to give a cause and effect that led to the fourth day of the offensive.

protestor gets a papercut courtesy of some crafty jew.
This is probably staged. Some tranny in Cardiff made the same claim about him removing an anti-masker poster and BBC ran with it, but all signs pointed to it being a hoax. It was also claimed by some leftist but about a neo-nazi poster or something, later proven to be fake.
Yes. Troons have repeatedly made the same claim about 'adult human female' stickers and other terfy materials. Because a bunch of middle-aged feminists are really going to go around putting razor blades under stickers? All nonsense.

This one is very probably staged for attention too.
At least Trump supporters had the balls to actually booby-trap their yard signs in 2016 when their faggot neighbors tried to steal them:

I have been having a field day with the super cringe art that Hamas sympathizers (and some Zionists) keep posting on facebook and twitter. I have collected some of the worst offenders, with AI images being some of the worst. Make sure you view those in full size.

AI-generated "art" is the worst thing to happen to Palestinians since the Nakba.

And the Zionist ones

It's a SCIF. He is Secretary of State. This is pretty standard stuff.
It doesn't surprise me that it's standard but maybe when your bank account is overdrafted by 30 trillion dollars you can cut back on the golden toilet treatment a bit. Flour is up 400% due administrative decisions but at least the Secretary of State won't have clammy armpits while sitting on a runway in the middle of a desert.

Who is teaching AI how to draw guns, political cartoonists?

Friend, it's a shipping container with an air conditioner inside where people can discuss classified stuff within a secure, devices-free perimeter, without the risk of a random crew member recording it all and putting it on Tik Tok. Shipping containers are barely the price of a used car. You could probably buy one and set up something like this yourself.

Of course the government probably somehow paid $2 billion for it but that's a separate issue.

demanding that the hospital give them all of their remaining fuel. Sounds like the tunnel bois are running low on resources
There's a theory that Hamas uses tons of fuel to run the ventilation systems on their tunnels, and the deepest tunnels and structures will become uninhabitable fast if they run out of power.
machine gunning another countries children in their homes and carting their citizens off as trophies is a pretty good way to start a war.
Can you imagine if the Juarez Cartel had run across the US border, murdered 1,200-ish Americans in El Paso, then carted a few hundred more back to Mexico as hostages? The US would go completely apeshit, and no "international law" bullshit would slow us down.
Today at the Port of Oakland, some idiots decided they wanted to go to federal prison
Are they chanting "Israel, Israel, you can't hide"? Like Israel is being all sneaky bombing the fuck out of Gaza and releasing the footage the next day?
The tankies need better chants.

The next few days are gonna be wild. Curious as to what the Istaeli Armies overall objective is in North Gaza. My money though is they intend to fully depopulate Gaza City and make the rubble bounce. After that there may be talk of some sort of humanitarian ceasefire as they test the political winds and see if they can do the same thing again in the South of Gaza.

These dummies picked the worst possible time to do this. With APEC's conference in San Francisco next week the SF Bay Area has been teeming with Feds of all sorts the last month.

Also this being federal means Alameda's DA Pamela Price doesn't have the ability to give them a slap on the wrist.

So the new thing is the Hamas snipers are apparently shooting Gazans moving south on a road. Why do people believe such nonsense?

While it could be true, it makes no sense that it is as Israel has a monopoly on using snipers to kill Palestinians, as well as killing them from all sorts of means.
source? I haven't seen anyone saying anything about snipers.
