Disney fumbling Wish's art style so insanely hard absolutely blows me away. You'd think that they'd see the incredibly warm reception of properties with hand-painted textures like Arcane, Spiderverse, the Last Wish, and Nimona and do that for this movie since clearly the style is in right now and it fits the storybook vibes they claim to be going for.

But since the Rat is too cheap to put in that effort, instead we get a shitty line/watercolor filter slapped onto everything that doesn't show up half the time and absolutely awful shading that barely exists. The art direction is half-baked and half-assed, and it deserves the cold reception it's getting.
Across the Spiderverse cost 100 million.

Wish will cost 200 million. This is ignoring marketing of course. Also Sony gets a check from Netflix to show Spiderverse, while Disney gets left pocket to right pocket for Disney plus.

Its not "lack of money" or "being cheap", they just arent capable of making good movies anymore.

Compotency crisis, nepo babies, die all contribute im sure. They have people who are fundamentally out of touch what makes something good and it pervades every part of Disney to the point where someone like Favreau who has never made anything great (but is compotent and has made some good stuff) seem like a fucking genius there.

Another group is boycotting disney.

Well, Nemora did want to pivot KHIV to more FF IPs and be its own thing so hopefully. Just keep in Hades, Maleficent, and Jafar and I am Gucci tbh.

As for Wish like the Chink website, the film looks like an awful imitation. I too would actually see it not for the fucking donkey. Whoever designed that honestly needs to eat a bullet because I thought we were past that kind of humor.

It just looks so drab but wrong, the rendering honestly looks fucked but there is barely any shadow, so it looks just plain wrong.

The problem with Disney is what came to pass years ago, the same that plagues every empire and that is mass. They did not account for the costs involved and the surprise decline. The thing is with good direction Star Wars should print money for itself but Marvel not so much. The company has faced financial issues multiple times and any educated person could see the capeshit era can crash at any point.

They did not venture into other projects either like video games or service titles until far too late. Even Disney+ was far too late into the streaming platform life cycle because Netflix and Hulu with Prime dominated it. Their products too have little to no replay value meaning they will crater fast. Acquiring Hulu will do nothing but push people away. Their plan is clear acquire it and jack up the monthly sub-price but it won't work because you just cannot solve your issues by buying things, you inherit their difficulties. What's wrong all these problems are general knowledge too, it's not savant just knowledge of the nature of business.

Eiger is so narcissistic that he cannot understand that most of the company's issues stem from himself and his blindness to be remembered. Gratz you cratered one of the most memorable companies. The problem is too he just cannot sell to Apple because they would be deemed to have a monopoly and would have to shred everything and at that point, they will pull out because they get crap IPs and dated as fuck theme parks.

Thats whats really funny about Disney's failure. They don't need to put out anything incredible or groundbreaking, since the general audience is perfectly willing to eat up mediocre slop. But they can't even do that shit right. The company is full of too many self-righteous assholes who insist on shoving faggy shit into all of their films which pretty much automatically tanks their appeal to the general audience.

I pray that Disney is in too bad of a position to add any of the really esg fueled crap come KHV.
It is a Japanese game that Disney seems to not be too involved with the development of beyond licensing and seeing how they treat franchises. All the KH original content seems off Disney’s radar.

The main thing to worry about will be the inevitable inclusions of Marvel and Star Wars. Disney doesn’t have that much new content (2014-2019) to add to KH4, so I am guessing they will start dipping into acquired IPs.

I am expecting Moana, Zootopia, and probably Frozen 2 as the new Disney IPs. (I cannot see Ralph 2 making it after being left out of 3) For Pixar, I am assuming Incredibles would be the big one, but past that I cannot see them doing much besides Inside Out or Toy Story again. Cars and Nemo don’t really have an easy way to make Sora work.

I believe Endor was already spotted in KH4, so I am placing bets on Return of The Jedi. Then with Marvel we’ll probably get New York from Avengers and Knowhere from Guardians of The Galaxy. It helps that Square already has models for the Marvel groups.

Replace Frozen 2 with Wall-E

Endor was one of the planets in the seek-and-find that was the third sequel, so I'd expect the sequel trilogy more than Return of the Jedi.

It was only in the last movie for a few brief seconds. I seriously doubt KF4 is going to reference the sequel trilogy since even Disney's new shitty Star Wars shows almost never acknowledge its existence.

Thankfully Sora seems to have not just one, but two girls possibly pining for his heart, if you want to count Strelitzia now. He also literally killed himself to save Kairi so they're clearly more than just friends.
Fujos will Fujo anyway. As long as Nomura doesn't suddenly decided he wants to pander to those degenerates, Sora's heteroness should be safe, though knowing this shit, you will at most get some lewd hand holding at the end of KH6.

As for what disney thing they should add, definitely Song of the South, the Tar Baby can be very easilly turned into a heartless and having uncle Remus punting it in a combination attack with Sora and Goofy would be peak.

It's never going to happen. Some delusional shippers take that one scene from KHII way too seriously for their own good.
People really don't get that scene. Of course Sora had a stronger reaction to Riku. He knew Kairi was imprisoned, but unharmed. Last time he saw Riku, he was being locked into what's basically Hell in this franchise, and no one would give him a straight answer on if he was alive or dead. Obviously he'd have a much stronger reaction to finding out his best friend isn't actually dead.
