FTX/Sam Bankman-Fried megathread

  • 🐕 I am attempting to get the site runnning as fast as possible. If you are experiencing slow page load times, please report it.
When I first saw this guy's rat face and name, I did not need to check his Wikipedia to know who he was. I wonder how his sentencing will go given his (((tribal affliations))). Executing him is the best option, but I'm sure it will be a harsh sentence only on paper, and he'll be released long before he actually completes it.

I also hope him, his associates and all the other cryptocurrency fags rot. I'm glad I never fell for any of the lies these cryptocurrency or by extension, NFT niggers were selling (unfortunately, I can't say the same for some people I know IRL).
I don't like the kikes, but it's interesting that a Han Chink is saying this, since I've heard minorities (as in, China's 55 recognized minorities) in China state similar things about Han Chinks. They're no longer just the majority ethnic group either, but a social class that you're encouraged to integrate into and kiss up. I guess the bottom line is you got to follow the money.

How long until he "Commits Suicide" somehow?
Well that depends on details the little people will never be told. If he robbed and fucked over those no one wise person should ever fuck over, SB-F will be Epsteined. Again it depends. If he just fooled chumps, house arrest for a few years, time served as suggested above. We'll see if the prison guard is very sleepy and so on.

Sentencing bets anyone?

I'm betting on 30yrs. He will get a Country Club prison (he did pay off some of the right people), and he will be released in 11-13.
He'll be out before he is 50.

What do you all think his sentence will be?

25-30 but out in 10, if not sooner. I lump Bankman's shtick in with Trump's fraud stance that basically this is how things work and everyone does it... which is not to say I support either person, but it is abslutely true in the world of speculation and financial engineering.

Bankman's problem, other than all the crimes he committed is Binance and/or the CCP came at him to try to acquire FTX. He's a drug addled fully retarded aspie while at the same time being obscenely privileged and arrogantly wealthy so he called their bluff, which was not a bluff. If not for that we'd still be seeing his face plastered everywhere as a boy wonder next-level genius. BTC at 100k or higher.

He'll get hung out for a big stint to prove to normies that everyone faces justice. This will legitimize bitcoin as a safe choice of investment and appease Goldman Sachs and {{{the rest}}}. BTC will shoot up on the news. Whether it stays there, maybe. Maybe not.

Nah, it's just two different artists. The one that drew the weasel as a half-melted candle also made a sketch of Bankmensch that's equally grotesque.
Hhahahhahahah, how many fucking artists do they have on retainer in the gallery?!
This begs more questions...how much are they pulling down, after taxes? I mean, do they make more than bouncers at strip clubs?

Just listened to the martin shkreli interview by Tucker, and he said that sam bankman asked him for advice on how to do well in prison.

And also that Shkreli thinks he's going to have to join aryan brotherhood, which may not be easy for a friedman.

Let’s see if Sam was “connected”

I call this the “courtroom sketch index”

Wow, looking pretty generous. How about Caroline Ellison, probably the biggest witness for the prosecution?

That sketch makes her look like a dumpy and depressed person who talks like Eyore.

Awesome. Let's just hope he actually gets real time.

I suspect he might since the dem connection and them rather not wanting more talk about how he got off. Unless OC he has something on them.

There's no parole in federal prison, if he gets 30 years, at earliest he'd be released in 25.5 years with the sentence reduction for good time credit. The only other possibility was that there would be a motion by the prosecution to deviate from the sentencing guidelines but that didn't happen.

The only way he gets out earlier is if he's pardoned and considering who he screwed that is not likely at all. It's one thing for a Jew to rip off some nobody but if you rip off other Jews you are done for.

That doesn't apply to white collar criminals

He'll serve about half of any sentence and like Epstein he'll likely be offered home confinement way before that. If he's given 10 years he'll be out in 3 and if he gets 20 he'll be out in 6-8.

I doubt he's going to be able to qualify for all of those credits given the magnitude of the crimes.

It sounds like a lot of these will fall under Chapter 47 for fraud involving the use of computers which are excluded from First Step Act credits. However I'd need to look into it more to be sure.

So here's the thing: I think his sentence will be harsher than you may think because he kept fighting with the judge on the stand but more importantly because he *didn't take the cushy plea deal he got offered*. If he had taken the plea, he would probably have gotten a slap on the wrist. Instead, he made it a fiasco.
