Lazy stupid fuck can't just go to a site like Legacy Vintage and buy some. Patrick (fat) really does confuse me about his "writing" career. He is boastful about his writings when they are mediocre at best and a total mess at worst. Most artists second guess their works often redoing or overhauling because they didn't get what they were going for. Patrick (fat) never really second guesses his works and just goes with what power tripping fantasy he already had in mind without much thought about coherence ( Patrick [fat] doesn't think too much anyway, so you can't be too hard on him.) If I write music and I'm not feeling a certain chord progression, beat, or bass line, then I trash what I've written down and start anew. Pat is the total opposite of this mindset. Enjoy prison, stalker.

To be fair, BMI is a poor metric to measure someones health. Doctors today aren't supposed to use just that.

Fatrick isn't a bodybuilder that's ripped but 280 pounds. I'm not getting the calipers out to pinch his love handles for an accurate body fat measurement. Patrick is obese and we can all see it.

The fact that he couldn’t hold his temper when confronted with police in the Swatings is a massive indication that he is not a trained fighter.
It’s possible that someone can look feeble but actually be dangerous, but trained fighters first learn restraint. Be they sports fighters, Boxing, MMA, traditional martial arts, or security guards, police and military.
The fact that he was losing it at coppers, especially as they are US coppers who can and will use lethal force if necessary, shows that he doesn’t have the discipline required to be a trained fighter in a professional sense.
If anything he had some karate lessons or maybe a self defense class, and consequently thinks he is a ninja turtle.

BMI is a perfectly fine approximation when combined with looking at a person.
No one looks at Fatrick and his BMI and accidentally thinks BMI doesn't apply because he's a weight lifter or other super-fit athlete.
