BMI was invented and based on Belgians, by a Belgian, nearly 130 years ago.
Overall, not only were Belgians at that time smaller on average than the average American then, but they are even less comparable to people today.

However, it was intended more as a measure of overall weight in a large sample of people, not an individual assessment of health.

So it’s certainly not ridiculous, but it is less accurate than more recently designed specific fat tests.

In any case, Fatrick is clearly a soft and pudgy man. He also lies about his height.
The videos and pictures we have seen of him standing with other men always show him shorter than most of these other men.
