The guy was a funny ween. Also probably underage but has grown up since and improved while Dobbo is worse than ever. And he had a little bit to do with kicking the man's teeth in and helping him ruin his life. Plus, he doesn't get known as the guy who did that.

There's a lot of panic going on regarding this, but I think that fanart creations are protected still under parody rather than straight up copyright infringement.

I haven't looked into it myself yet though, but that's my assumption on the matter.
