This is one of those rare moments where I'm almost sort of rooting for them. Ok so good as my word I made a write up of Josh's Gumroad episode on fuckcars. I listened to it for an hour and twenty minutes and jotted down as much of a summary as I could. It was a valiant attempt, but in the end the fuckcars chuds lost the gay logo civil war and must concede to the tranny banner. I think this comment is the most truthful about their actual intentions. Banning cars was never their full focus, that was always just a small aspect of it. See the trick they use is they nebulously call it "progress" and everything is in the name of supporting said "progress". "Supporting progress" entails doing anything that strip away rights and freedoms and hurts working class people for the NGOs that finance them.

Now I know some people may call me a schizo for pointing this out, but riddle me this: Why is it that all these seemingly unrelated things are always lumped together under the same umbrella as a package deal? If it truly doesn't matter, then why do they always so strongly insist on lumping these unrelated things together anyway?

There's something weird about redditors that's hard to describe, maybe it's because of autism or something, but in their minds they seem to think that everyone on Earth shares the same world view as them and automatically understands what they're thinking. Now I'm not an expert at Palestinian politics, but I'm pretty certain the topic of urbanism isn't something the Palestinians really put much thought into or really prioritize in any meaningful way. If anyone from fuckcars actually went to Palestine they would be more than likely thrown off of a roof for being "so hecking gay" before successfully selling the Palestinians on the merits of urbanism.

No offense, but I don't think Gaza is getting much investment other than the bare minimum once this is over. The IDF military probably will be doing most of the construction, which means the most basic 4 way stops, asphalt roads, and buses if they're lucky, very utilitarian. They'll be busy filling in bomb craters and tearing down wrecked buildings in the aftermath to even think on worrying about shit like trains, airports, monorails, light rail, etc. This isn't a political statement, this is just how militaries think.
