I've never done the rtds, just the powder. C4 might not be the strongest preworkout out there but it's nothing to scoff at. It is not something I could even begin to imagine chugging on like a regular energy drink.

the thing is sugar free energy drinks make you way more jittery because the fake sugar fucks with your metabolism more than a fist full of sugar. since you work out with them youre burning it off. but this is little different from geeping out on meth infront of a computer screen.
