That tweet can be summmed up with I'll pretend to do art again so I can just have someone talk to me.
It's like that old dude who walks in on his oil changes and asks if Snap on or Craftsman are better. He really doesn't care, isn't going to buy it he just found a way to strike up a conversation, and unlike some people who like to do this to be social or make people feel good giving them a place to talk about a passion or trade they are in.

Dobson is doing it just for any social interaction. In a back handed way while he's gonna make it all about him he's almost doing something nice.
