It's pretty inevitable, considering its owner. I think Anna O'Brien's dog is the only deathfat pet that has a healthy weight.

I actually discussed this with my long term vet irl a ways back. I keep domestic rats and while it's normal for them to get tubby once they hit the middle of their lifespan, one particular girl of mine became such a fatty fatty boomba that I was concerned. I took her in to my vet, and while I was there, she told me that she almost always knew when a pet would be overweight just by looking at its owner. The more overweight the owner, she told me, the more likely they were a feeder with obese pets.

Maybe it could be a lint roller?

This would still be a really strange place to keep a lint roller, as it would inevitably get covered in dust and debris, sitting in the open like that.

However, this suggestion is purely optimism on my part, as the idea of keeping a toothbrush over a toilet is almost too gross to bear.

That's certainly a bidet. Im guessing the air blower is actually to dry the unreachable nethers during perpetual sweats and after showers. Probably decent for reducing the perpetual fold rashes?

Kind of looks like a silverware handle to me in the plastic cup? God I hope not.
