I wonder if Karl Jobst or either of the two content farming faggots that are Mutahar and Crit1kal would steal any of the digging the dedicated kiwis of this thread had done in a second video to try to further prove the point about Jirard's charity theft while calling it their own research.

I wouldn't mind it if they do since I want Jirard getting roasted like a pig on a spit blasted to as many people as possible.

I watched this clip doing some digging for the thread:

Jirard talks about how G4 failed because of it's low viewership and they/them karen Frosk's spergout. You can tell he's super upset about all the people that danced on the grave of G4 because it was woke and shitty. He talks about how video games companies just stopped responding to his emails and stopped sending him early reviewer codes because they thought G4's failure was probably his fault.

He says that after G4 he had to fire a staff member because he couldn't afford them and how making the video where he bought everything on the Estore for both the WiiU and 3DS which cost >20k was really hard because he had to put ALL his sponsor money towards it. He says because of G4 failing he started losing sponsors.

He mentions that for years he was afraid of his fanbase, because of the split with Geoff. He says that himself and his employees get harassed about the failure of G4 all the time. Apparently he has 5 therapists. A personal therapist, a couples therapist, a business therapist and some other ones that I can't remember.

I suspect that the money to fund buying all the games on the eshop came from the charity as an 'expense'. He's going to be even more afraid of his fanbase now, he's going to lose ALL his sponsors and he's going to need a sixth therapist.

This is an incredibly depressing story. I had no feelings for the guy other than lukewarmness and knowing he was a youtuber, but good god, he knew about the non-donated money in 2021? How the hell do you have time in your day to juggle 5 appointments like that? I don't know if he's exaggerating/lying (seeing the fraud it's not out of the question) or if he's really scheduliny at least 2-5 hours a week for these people (depneding on how frequently he sees them). If that's not a big blaring red flag on considering another career or restructuring your business, I don't know what is. Good grief, both results are so pathetic to think about.

There might be something self indulgent underneath. I could be very wrong here but I recall SomeCallMeJohnny holding his own charity stream and holding a Nintendo Switch as a carrot for people to donate. I think it was a raffle or something.

I was sifting through some of the Indie Land streams and noticed that Completionist had a stream from two days ago called "Hi". He looks really frazzled and on edge in it (first minute is him looking miserable). Moreover, he mentions being sad over "behind the scenes" stuff.

I noticed this a lot with streamers lately. I don't know if they're just trying to get brownie points by supporting a charity or really care, but I wouldn't trust the majority of them as far as I can throw them. They all have them this immature manchild nature about themselves.

Since his channel has not addressed this issue yet and many similar Youtubers or past colleagues like people in Game Grumps or Normalboots haven't addressed it I think that the fallout has been relatively contained so far.

It's going to get much worse.
