The Completionist Is a Scammer, Apparently

  • 🐕 I am attempting to get the site runnning as fast as possible. If you are experiencing slow page load times, please report it.
Well, there was the Super Gaming Bros with Alex who was also in a few Completionist videos.

I don't follow Alex's content but last I heard, he ran some Pokemon channel with some gal called The Dex. I do not know if they are still going.

And Jesse Cox has been mentioned in this thread.
I should have said aside from Jesse and Alex who, Alex works for him. They're both his best friends. I mean utter just "associates" and "friends".

Jobst is a pussy who abandoned his friend for internet good boy points. Whether one thinks Goose is a nazi or based for his chat logs, Jobst was right there with him for over a decade, laughing and partaking in those same chats and antics. It was only until the trannies in the spe(e)drunning community wanted them gone for laughing at men in drag did he erase his logs and pay off other guys to go offline until everything blew over, then disavow his friend whom he had at one point shared a roof and broke bread with.
Jobst is objectively a faggot and Goose is a Canadian legend and hero. His videos are so well presented, and Jobst could only fucking hope he had a shred of that gravitas.

Charles Khalil v. Mutahar lolsuit incoming?

MORE AUTISM

I was looking at the ‘Power Buyer Dealers’ (PBD West) website, which is the company that Jirard’s father runs. Apparently it’s some sort of consulting company that operates in California, Arizona. Texas, and Louisana. Their function is to help independent gas stations get access to inventory pipelines that are typically exclusive to national chain convince stores. The company has like 7 employees. They apparently have accomplished the following:

-They helped launch Convientent Valet, a trial/travel size product distributor in 1994. Convienent Valet was founded in 1997, and makes no mention of PBD West.

-They were the first company to help distribute Monster Energy drinks in 1998. Monster energy was launched in 2002 and makes no mention of PBD West in their company history.

-They also launched 7Up Products, General Mills, Balance Bar, FiJi Water, Venom Energy, and Juul Vapes. They say they helped develop proof of concept packaging and also consulted the price points for all of these products. None of these companies mention any association with PBD West.

-The Tobacco Back Bar, the thing behind the gas station employees that holds all of the cigarettes, was supposedly invented by Charles Khalil. “Seeing an opportunity for innovation, PBD develops, moulds, produces, and installs the first 1000 Tobacco Backbars in the world.” They also say it’s patented. I do not feel like verifying this atm, but I’m pretty sure this isn’t true.

Apparently all of this consulting is free of charge, and PBD gets paid in percentages of rebates given to the independent gas station owner. I have no idea how any of that works, but it sounds confusing.

This is the same company that shares the same exact address and phone number with The Open Hand foundation, right down the the same suite #. 2459 W 208th Street.

Something else interesting about 2459 W 208th street building is that is has been listed for lease 3 times:

Sept 26th, 2016
August 25th. 2017
Sept 17th, 2018

The Khalil Compund

Idk, just seems incredibly strange to have a company operating two seperate personal businesses and a private foundation running in the same building, which is owned by the same person who runs both the business and the foundation.

At this point it wouldn't surprise me if they claimed to have written the Bible and made the first ever peanut butter sandwich.

another lie exposed, claiming that the funds were “restricted” and they could not donate because organizations only wanted “5 to 6 figures” instead of a half a million dollars is a bold face lie. The only people that can decide whether funds are restricted or non restricted are the donors themselves.
I can think of only two situations where a large lump sum would be necessary.

1. This does not apply here, but if you want to start a research institute from scratch, you will need to shell out a very serious amount of money (in the hundred millions to billions of US$).

2. The procedure of "funding a chair" at a university. What this amounts to is that a guy on an ego trip gives a university a fat wad of cash and in return they name a prestigious position after him (eg. The Jirard Khalil Chair of Geriatrics). A bigger payout can get an academic department, hospital ward, or even a building to bear your name.

Obviously the more prestigious the institution, the higher the cost.

A "Chair", or "Chairman" is an academic term for the head of a particular department. His superior is the Dean of that faculty (This terminology can differ depending on the University)

The term stemmed from the fact that each one traditionally has a dedicated chair to sit on for use during monthly meetings with the Dean. A sponsored chair looks different from a standard one - instead of just having a brass plaque reading "Anaesthesiology" or whatever, the sponsor's logo or name appears above this in a prominent position.

Before institutions figured out how to monetise it, the practice of naming professorships started out as a method of honouring those who had made a prominent contribution to or innovation in their fields (eg. James Blalock, who was the first surgeon to operate for tetralogy of Fallot, as well as his assistant in that first operation, both got departments named after them. [The history behind this operation is well worth reading about - if it hadn't been successful Dr. Blalock would most likely have been lynched])

@purpleflurp has written an OP for a thread on TheCompletionist. It is currently in Prospering Grounds. I think he's done a great job, if you have any feedback make sure to let him know.

Once this news story is no longer a happening the thread we are in now will disappear from 'Featured Content' from the front page and hopefully continue here.

Jirard, you'll have to make an account if you wish to read a thread in the Prospering Grounds as it's not available to users without an account.
