I do not feel like verifying this atm, but I’m pretty sure this isn’t true.

Apparently all of this consulting is free of charge, and PBD gets paid in percentages of rebates given to the independent gas station owner. I have no idea how any of that works, but it sounds confusing.

This is the same company that shares the same exact address and phone number with The Open Hand foundation, right down the the same suite #. 2459 W 208th Street.

Slight correction: company is called "Power Buying Dealers"

A lot of those claims are rank bullshit. The "Tobacco Back Bar" that they e-fap about is indistinguishable from plastic shelving to my eye.

It is trivial to find old pictures from as far back as the '70s (and I wasn't even looking hard) showing petrol stations in the US displaying cigarettes behind moulded plastic shelving. I don't know how to do lookups of US patents, but it would be very interesting to find out if they managed to patent this thing and what the hell makes it unique.

I also wonder whether Jirard Senior straight up bought the business:

Completely different style, looks like a narcissist's ego page(complete with testimonial of dubious authenticity) and page design of epikally leet late '90s Geocities dross, just with less yellow background.

The company logo also looks different, although this may not mean much.

As pointed out ITT, the claims and boasting range from outright lies to very unbelievable, and have nothing to do with the core function of the franchise, which is selling bulk petrol and consumer goods to retailers.

I wouldn't be surprised if Jirard Senior recently bought this company with a "sudden windfall" and is using it to ego-trip with and incidentally running it into the ground.

We can check if this is the case by looking at California's Business Search

Not only can we confirm that the company was formed in Delaware but that Charles is the president.

However, the company was filed on February 9, 1995, which contradicts both claims that it was founded in 1992 and 1995 (showing that their claim to being the first to launch Convenience Valet's blister package concept in 1994 is bullshit). All the companies they claim to be the first to help launch are partners with PBD based on them sponsoring the golf event but all the claims on the PBD website are exaggerated (like them being the ones to launch Monster Energy in 1998 when it was first used in commerce in 2002).

Further adding to this is an article from 1994, where Charles is only referred to owning a gas station (no mention of PBD West).

Interestingly, the company has several years of having issues with not turning in statements of information while the ones from 2021 and 2023 are both signed by Jacque Khalil (Jirad's brother who's also listed as IT for the company on its early websites).

... that is a very different image to the "heckin wholesome mama that game me Donkey Kong 2 before she went to heaven!". The whole "you get a divorce but a doctor has to see you" sounds sketchy as fuck as well. Also, all this getting out and getting gossiped about will more Jirard 5 steps closer to an heroing since if he's already a mess that needs 5 therapists, I can only imagine the emotional impact of his mothers corpse getting paraded will have on him

The essay Jirard wrote is interesting. He says his parents met because they both liked to smoke cigarettes. He admits to her having a drug/alcohol habit, stealing half a million from his dad and cucking him with a greasy televangelist. It’s a completely different portrayal from “let’s raise some heckin’ money for my sweet Angel mommy guys!”

It almost seems like he is writing it in a way that shows he has some disdain for his mother, but pushes it aside for her eventual dementia diagnosis. It seems like he is saying “my mom was a piece of shit, but maybe it was the dementia that turned her into an unhinged whore.”

There are also interesting studies that some people develop dementia from benzozidapine abuse (i.e valiums, xanax, etc). It’s definitely not a stretch that a bored, stay at home mom who was constantly bitching and wanting things also had a xanny addiction.

Point being, if you throw out the displays of affection shown for his mom, and attribute Jirard and his family having animosity towards her, then it would make sense how they could callously use her name to pilfer money from his paypigs.

The other thing that strikes me odd is how he squeezed in humble bragging about his YouTube success, as if to tell his mom “remember all the crazy shit you put me through to make me a star mom?! Well I did it on my own without you and Bill Head! Reeeee!”

What is even crazier to me is him making short home films about his moms adultery, acting them out, and then pushing a new channel to report about the story. That seems really fucking insane to me.

It’s interesting to think that he was a lot more blunt about his mom (both in the high school movie and that interview) before he started IndieLand. That interview talking about Bill Head was posted on May 26, 2017 (a year before he started IndieLand).

But after 2018, he started talking about her like Tony Soprano’s mom does about Tony’s dad.

Given all the bullshit that's come out, I hope this entire family get raked across the coals and burns in hell.

HOWEVER:

I do hope that Muta and Karl have enough evidence that this is a scam before they fired off this shit, because if they're getting sued for defamation, there's already considerable financial impact to not only Jirard's retard business, but potentially there are also impacts to PBD West we don't know about which could be a gigantic problem for this whole shitshow.

Thankfully, I'm freebasing salt either way this goes down.

Have you watched their videos? They were very generous to him,They didn't even say that he is scamming his fans they only talked about the paperwork that his organization submitted, Jirard has to be out of his mind to even think of suing.

It's his dad that's suing, first of all. I'm just saying, there is provable damage, regardless of how generous they were to him, publishing this in the way they did they had better have some good backing lest they open themselves up to a world of hurt.

And second: No, I didn't watch two too-long videos of a pajeet or an autistic talking in monotone about any of this, the initial reporting is not important to me in the long term. What's important to me is what dirt comes out after the fact and whether it's funny or not.

I know people were joking about Greg being the one to tip off Mutahar and Karl but it turns out he may have been present at the 2011 PBD Cup. It looks like him from the pictures I searched of him but I'm not sure (Also another instance of Jirard being at one of the PBD events).

I'm not an expert on the subject, but I think I found the actual Patent for the "Back Bar Merchandiser".
It was given in 1999 to Imperial Tobacco Limited, Montreal, Canada. Full year before the PBD West claim.
