The highest blood glucose ever recorded in a human was 2656 mg/dL, or 147.6 mmol/L, observed in a 7 year old boy who presented to a Pennsylvania emergency room in 2008. He did survive. There's a guy in the comment section at Guinness World Records claiming to have survived a blood glucose of 3128 mg/dL (173.8 mmol/L).
Generally, patients with type 1 have higher blood glucose levels than type 2s. Do we think Chins can beat the record? If she keeps training like she has been, I think she could do it.
