I think the difference is glamorizing someone's fancy job in this case is either they're proud of their partner, a weird specific fetish they have, or more likely the attraction would be money. Which I'd say in this case all three versions are aware of what they are doing
The girls Dream are going after are the type to post on Twitter about how Dream literally saved their life by posting his videos. Many of them directly idolize and worship him which is why it's weird.

Personally I believe in America it stims from the fact that the religious right can't normally criminalize premaritial sex and every other sex act considered haram under the bible, so they go all in on this since it's the sole premaritial sex they can still criminalize, since if you ever notice, all of these laws explicitly do not apply to legally married couples, and it corresponds to the most egregious prosecutions being in the bible belt, as when most of the laws were passed in the 1980s during the raise of the religious right with Reagan, the records of legislative debates at the at the time shows it was to punish boys and men for causing out-of-wedlock pregnancies, and not any concern about pedophilia, especially as all these laws had explicit marriage exemptions written into them.
With Georgia law, this religous slant was made clear by the fact minors having vaginal premarital sex with each other was only a misdemeanor, but oral sex between minors carried a 10 year mandatory minimum prison on the older party, since we all know jeebuz disapproves of anything but vaginal sex in the missionary position for the purpose of procreation, also it was specifically engineered to target gays and lesbians.
And before you point out marriage age is 18, only in the past 5 years has there been a movement to make marriage age a hard 18 due to a raise in cases of pedos marrying girls they groomed to get out of prosecution, piror to this the age to legally marry was lower than the age of consent in a majority of states.
