Another fucking femicide in Italy. 103 killings since the beginning of the year. A college student murdered by her ex because she left him and he couldn't accept this.
Now, what should society do with these mollusks? A subset of men so wimpy, so childish and so entitled that they can't endure the suffering brought by something as normal as a breakup, and they choose to end the life of the woman they can't have.
My father is convinced that these men aren't sane, but suffering of some kind of mental illness. I think this is even worse, because if it's true then we are confronting a severe epidemic of male mental illness, and it's the proof that men are more prone to violent mental illness than women.
Anyway I don't agree with Dad, I just think that these men are perfectly sane but severely immature from an emotional point of view. That part of their psyche didn't grow with the others for various reasons and now we have grown manchildren that can keep a job and have a semi-normal social life but throw tantrums like 3yo if something/someone that they consider "theirs" is taken away from them. And just like children, they don't care about the consequences.
Giulia Cecchettin, 22yo, should have graduated in Biomedical Sciences at the Padua University last Thursday. But on Saturday 11th November she accepted to go out to dinner with her ex, Filippo Turetta, 22yo, same faculty. She had left him months ago, but agreed to stay friends with him because apparently he had been absolutely devastated by the breakup and she was worried for him. Their relationship had lasted a year and half, Giulia had decided to stop seeing him because he was too possessive and jealous.
After her graduation she had planned to move to another Italian region to study art and apparently the impending separation made the fucker incredibly anxious. Something happens during the dinner, a man hears them fighting near his house and calls the police, but when they arrive Filippo already kidnapped her. He takes her to another zone of the town of Fossò, where their fight is caught by a security camera of the Christian Dior plant. Giulia tries to run, but he attacks her and stabs her 20 times with a knife. The security guard at Dior, who sees the footage the next day, is still shocked by the violence of the aggression.
Filippo puts her in his car and, looking at the reconstruction made by the police, he takes local roads to reach the place where he wants to hide the body: a ravine not far from the artificial lake of Barcis, more than 100 miles from where he started. He doesn't just throw the body in the ravine, he brings it there and hides it with a few garbage bags. Then he runs. Giulia's body is found the following week, while Filippo will be caught in Germany on Sunday, exhausted and pennyless, by the German police.
From the Italian police investigation it seems he had planned something, perhaps he wanted to kidnap her so to make her miss her graduation exam, allowing him to earn a few months to convince her to rethink her decision to break up with him. He apparently looked for surviving kits and maps of mountain paths. He will be extradited from Germany in a few days.

Another thing I despise about true crime shit is that there's a sub-section of people (whether it's moids, pick-mes or both) who are obsessed with cases where a woman is the murderer/abuser, because they're so focused on proving how women can be vile and evil just as men, due to them being still buttblasted about articles that document the fact that most of the time scrotes are perpetrators of violence and commit crimes.
They basically sound like a kindergartner going "See! Billy's mom lets him eat cookies, so I should eat cookies too", but it's "See! Women can be just as violent and brutal as men, so that's why we should pardon bottom of the barrel men".

That’s something I hate the most about the braindead moids. When they can’t take rejection, they get more aggressive and push a woman into a corner to where she has to deescalate just to avoid being murdered or assaulted. And she often is, anyway. It’s so horrible that the immigration allows men like that to come into countries and hurt women. Makes me feel sympathetic for the women of their country..

I've had men tell me that women are just as violent and aggressive as men, but don't act on these impulses as much because of the size difference between men and women. This ignores the fact that if this were true, women would be attacking each other and children at a similar rate to men. But they don't. I also hear a lot of "you voted for this." In what way?
