I've dreamed about lolcows before but if I had a dream about reading a KF thread I think I'd check myself into the mental hospital.

You need a better life if you're dreaming about threads.
The funny part is I hadn't checked this thread in weeks. I'm barely even on KF anymore since I'm too busy working and 90% of my old cows are either inactive or deep into a cyclical rut where no one cares anymore.

This is a follow up to my post about a $900 loan Acerthorn claimed to have taken out.
Seeing all the data I have good reason to believe Acerthorn made a misrepresentation about this important loan.

IFP requests chart

IFP requests + copyright registrations

I've attached a plaintext table of the data.

Disclaimers
1) The IFP Request questions vary on each form. I've attached all the IFP requests for full context.
2) The price of each copyright registration is my estimation from the prices listed by the Copyright Office.
3) Data rounded to nearest $

2021/08/26 Stebbins v. Polano Docket 35 Acerthorn first asked the court for permission to hire a private process server. He said the fee is "barely affordable" and doesn't mention a loan.

2021/09/09 Docket 45 The Court considered revoking his IFP status in light of his willingness to pay.
2021/09/15 Docket 53 Acerthorn claimed he would be paying 9x $100 monthly payments to a 90% high-interest loan from a "a local payday lender" for the $636 private servicing of a defendant. He convinced the court that, because he he must borrow money, his IFP status shouldn't be revoked.

It appears a 90% interest rate is illegal under Arkansas Constitution Amendment 89, Section 3
The maximum lawful rate of interest on loans or contracts not described in Sections 1 and 2 shall not exceed seventeen percent (17%) per annum.
Sections 1 and 2 govern government bonds and bank loans. This section, section 3, would govern a loan from a local payday lender.
Perhaps there are exceptions. I'm not an expert on lending laws in the State of Arkansas
.

2021/09/23 A receipt for the $636 private servicing was received and later submitted to the Court. No documentation of a loan was provided. To be fair, the court never asked for proof of the loan, but I find it telling that he's so specific when talking about "Process Service Network, LLC found at processnet1.com" but so vague when talking about the "local payday lender".

From 2021/12/06 to 2022/01/17, just before suing Rebolo, Acerthorn registered 7 works with the Copyright Office costing an estimated $435. This is very peculiar for someone who claims to be paying off a "barely affordable" loan. The Court might take issue with these purchases because, just like the $636 servicing fee, they suggest he could pay the filing fee and his IFP status should be revoked.

2022/01/28 Stebbin V Rebolo Docket 3 Acerthorn submitted an IFP request declaring no $900 loan.
This is the request declaring, under penalty of perjury, his financial obligations.
StebbinvRebolo_53_IFP.png

Summary 5 things that cast doubt on Acerthorn's claim he took out a loan.
1) Doesn't mention a loan at first. Mentioned only after the court considers revoking IFP
2) Claims interest rate from local lender higher than the maximum allowed in his home state
3) No documentation of loan provided. To be fair, the court never asked.
4) Spent an estimated $435 dollars on copyright registrations around this time
5) Signs under penalty of perjury 3 months later he has no ongoing loans
This is all coming from someone with a time-traveling computer.

Honestly, a guy who can file so many frivolous lawsuits can definitely work and doesnt need SSI. Imagine thinking you cant work but can go through the technical process of writing and filing motions. Granted, they are hilarious motions, but he knows enough to be a faggot.

My guess is he does work, just off the books. There is no way his You-Tube channel brings in the kinds of money he seems to be able to come up with when he really needs it.

He either hits the bank of Mom & Dad or he's got some shady job where he can work alone in his hovel for a few sheckels a day. It's not going to be alot because we all know Stabby won't do any real work that isn't related to his lolsuits but it's gota be something. Maybe some freelance transcription services or other menial shit.

But yah he's got a source of income outside of his tugboat that he keeps hidden from the courts so he can IFP all his shit.

I think he just lives very cheaply and all of his discretionary income goes into this shit.

I dunno, if you read is IFP requests he gets barely enough to cover his rent from welfare and even with food stamps he's eating Walmart level food. I just don't see anyway he could save even $100 a month from what he officially gets.

It looks like he eats shit like Bar-S, the worst hot dogs it is possible to eat, and he eats them raw, while gobbling like a turkey.

What is he qualified to do that would pay him off the books and he could do?

David I know the slogan is "Have it your way" but you cant sue burger king for 89 quadrillion dollars because they wouldn't sell you a box of raw whopper patties with your employee discount.
Do they even do that there? I know back in the day they would use senior discounts because I had a young woman do that for me decades ago. She would either did that or just removed the tax.

Back in my day when I worked for BK we got a free meal once per shift. them was the rules but we ignored that most of the time and just made us whatever we wanted whenever we wanted. Managers didn't get paid enough to care.

What happened to the impending lawsuit with Creetosis? Polano, Rebolo, and @ZellZander were sued a week or two after Acerthorn got a copyright registration.
It's been months since Acerthorn improperly registered his old videos. In September he sent a legal threat. In October he sent a 48 hour ultimatum ultimatum asking Creetosis to take action against him.
i heard that he started DMCAing people on other videos for any reason in order to force to get their name / address or take down their channel. But i believe he had not allot of success there yet.

I think he takes creative liberties with his IFP requests. On the request to the Appeals Court his next month's projected income is $954. Projected expenses are $955 8)
He claims he spends $400 a month on food. 9 months earlier he claimed $200 a month on food.
He claims he spends $45 on clothing and laundry. His bed sheets look like they have NEVER been washed.
I think he spends nowhere near what he claims, keeps the difference, and has plenty of money for lolsuits, copyright registrations, ect.
If he were honest about this the court might make him pay the filing fees because he absolutely could afford it.

I'd like the Court to see the videos of him giving "$60 in cold hard cash" to his audience.

He does claim he has a day job on his Patreon. This video from June 2019 shows his Patreon said
At $1,500 per month, I can quit my day job and start doing this full time.
Still says this. I think he's pretending to have a job but it would still be funny if the Court saw this.

Whether or not he took out that loan (all signs point to NO) he still spent $636 on servicing + estimated $885 on copyright registrations + $160 on cash prizes for his audience + who knows what else...

I think he never has payed anyone 60$ or even 1$ likes he claimes he would do. And that video would even be illegal here where i am at and would not surprise me where he lives in it is illegal too.
But i agree his fillings are very fishy and he most likely lies on them and what money he really has. Though we might never find out and i dont think google cares to even try to check this or the courts, because even if he earns more it might not be that big of a number or has anything helft it might not be that much more extra really that it matters
