It works if you're trying to have a space where you can run Praetor and house your retarded golden goose. The closed bank and commercial storefronts are so depressing. It's very close to the post office which is convenient for the business given that anything else you'd need looks to be 20 minutes away. Memory Lane is also a cute street name. Lynchburg is also where Liberty University is. Chris probably won't go anywhere near there as a transvestite, but holy shit would it be amazing if he was pulling out the attraction sign on that campus. Liberty is Jerry Falwell University. No sex, drugs, or R rated movies with the exception of The Passion of The Christ. Actually, maybe Chris would have benefited from going there. Today, Chris showing up there proclaiming to be the christ would be top tier entertainment.

I agree with you but it's not the worst place in the world if you wanting somewhere remote to do your art thing or whatever.

My biggest peeve would be it was too noisy about the highway.

Ultimately it's a place where Chris can sleep at night but the security and the longevity of this unsure arrangement is what's crucial.

If Praetor and Chris can build more than a business relationship, and genuinely do get along that will be good for Chris in the long term, it's how long Caden is willing to put up with him or find some profitable that I'm wondering over.

I mean I definitely wouldn't want to move into anything like this but I appreciate the remoteness if it's within a hours drive of civilization.

I think the population is just around 300 according to Google.

Edit: yeah I definitely wouldn't want to live there literally built right into that hill isn't it? no yard and humping the highway

At least they're not too far from the fire station and that can't be fun either having to listen to that.

Probably, but I doubt Chris would accept. Accepting to join the podcast would also mean accepting that he's a lolcow, which I doubt he would ever do.

The exception if is Caden tells him to, then I could possibly see him appearing.
