ED as far as i know has never taken something down due to court orders. We are hosted in Ukraine so we kind of just lol and ignore itI don't know why anyone would be surprised by this.

Taking down content is different than surrendering information, so false equivalence. I've turned over lolcow email data upon court order after terrorist [wiki]Samuel Collingwood Smith[/wiki] was involved local threats, but DMCA requests so far have petered out.
